Probably the most dried out cheesesteak I ever ingested. Bread was so soggy it’s like they dipped it in water before serving. 1/10

I don’t understand a negative review regarding the size or pricing of Third Base hoagies. I have been a customer for decades, have tasted hoagies across the USA and never have found any better than Third Base in taste, size or price.

The hoagies are not the same as they were 10 years ago. Everything has been skimped down on them and they charge way too much for them these days. Go somewhere else this place is not worth it anymore.

The. Best. Place. to get a hoagie in Hazleton. This place has been serving hoagies and sandwiches forever, and they have perfected their work. The staff is always friendly and the food is always out of this world. You can't beat their prices either, definitely the best bang for your buck. If you're in Hazleton, this is a must stop! Your taste buds will thank you!

Three words: BAKED COLD CUT. Have you ever had one of these hoagies? Have you ever seen one of these hoagies elsewhere? Well I haven't. The third base cold cut is on a level all it's own. The lettuce is crisp, the tomatoes and flavorful (when all the fast food joints have mushy nothingness), the chopped up onions and peppers give some zing zing ziiiiiing baby!!, the roll is fresh and tasty with softness on the inside and a light crispness on the outside... let's get to the main event, the cold cuts are delicious and high quality. All the flavors come together and are amplified by toasting them in the oven for a bit. Amazing!! Do try it! And let me know what you think... it's been too long...

The ambiance is fantastic, it's an old 1950's style deli, they made our coke with syrup and a spoon just like everyone did when I was a kid, it's just so very nostalgic! The food was very good, but I have to say for the price of the sub it wasn't very big. I do understand that prices of everything have skyrocketed, but this still just seems a bit excessive... but that really didn't affect anything other than my wallet, and otherwise it was a fantastic throwback to my hometown deli in Marietta Georgia back in the late 50's early 70's. I have to say that the very very sweet lady that waited on us was so fast and efficient, yet still had that bit of fun 1950's charisma that goes along with a deli/diner of this era. If it was just a hair less expensive I would've given 5 stars without a doubt. We will definitely be back when we visit again!

The best hoagie in town

Great hoagies, great prices the hoagies have never changed. As great today as they were years ago. Dave and his family go out of their way for you. Every time we come into town from Allentown we order 6 hoagies. Thank you Dave and your family. It was great to see your son. Until our next trip.
