If i could give you less then one star i would. Your service is terrible your managers are the most incompetent people i have ever met. They are no better then highschool children they are employing. This is the thrid time i have ordered from there not to get my food as ordered today was it. They hang up on people who call to ask why they didnt get the food they ordered. Now i cohld go on to complain more and more actually not complain but states facts.

The food is great, I always left satisfied. Their sweet tea is arguably the best sweet tea there is. The workers and staff there have always been nice. The only issues I can think of are the cleanliness, and the occasional mix up of orders. The second one can be ruled out mostly due to the fact I've been here hundreds of times. Despite moving to Tennessee, this Wendy's in my hometown is still my favorite I've ever been to.

The amount of times these people have forgotten to give me my barbecue sauce is absolutely ridiculous. I had a long day and all I wanted was barbecue with my fries. This is why wendys is disgusting, especially this one.

We just got food here and they don’t have any sauces aside from the new signature sauce and scorching hot. They apparently don’t have ketchup packets or BBQ… those are the most simplest sauces you need to have at a fast food restaurant. The workers attitude especially “Amelia” was completely unacceptable. Rude, big attitude and ignorant. We got to the window and asked for a cup carrier because we had 4 drinks… gave an attitude saying “no cup carriers” and shut the window. If I could give 0 stars on the service I would.

If you go to the one near Giant warning you might be lucky but they mess up so many of our orders a number of times. It's cheaper than other fast food places. But to me it's too greasy and not caring about their service.

Love the breakfast Baconater. Also the caramel cold brew I tried for the first time is tasty. Go for large you will regret a smaller size you can suck it down in 5 seconds.
