Very poor service and rude workers. Didn’t even say one word to me just handed me my iced coffee and just left. I don’t recommend here and this is why I don’t come here because the workers are so extremely rude.

They are supposed to close at 1 am and we went there at 10:09 PM and they didnt answer the drive thru even though there were employers inside , 2 More people were there and they didnt get an answer from any employer .

My mother went to this wendy’s and had gotten food for the family, the large chili 10 piece garlic parm nuggets Double cheese combo meal and Baconator double meal were perfect all good, but the last two meals were messed up instead of having one being plain both burgers were. both being Big bacon classics you’d expect bacon on them. both were just plain cheeseburgers. Tried calling a couple of times and only ever got “user busy” for over 20 minutes. I understand mistakes in these orders especially late at night. but having no way to correct that order or let them know something was messed up over the phone and return on another day is not a great way to have a reputable customer service. This being a saturday night where they close at 1 and not able to to contact them at 11:30

First time I had breakfast there. Had the maple bacon chicken croissant with tater wedges and orange juice combo meal
Sandwich was awesome and very tasty. Tater wedges were fresh and crispy. OJ in a bottle was well oj.
Look forward to going back for another yummy bfast!!

I recently ordered through the drive thru, I repeated more than once that I wanted a bacon hamburger plain (my kids are picky). My order was wrong when I received it. So I went back through the drive thru, showed them the burger and asked for the correct one. They did not apologize and the manager couldn’t be bothered to even come to the window. They told me I needed to give back the other sandwich before they would give me the new one. I was baffled, asked if they were serious, and reiterated that I was not the one who made a mistake. As a restaurant manager who is familiar with servsafe polices, I know asking for food back that has already been given to a customer is not appropriate. The only thing that could have been done with that sandwich would be that it was thrown in the trash. So again instead of apologizing for the mistake, fixing the mistake and offering for us to keep the food (that would again just be thrown out). The poor crew member (again not the manager) told me he couldn’t/wouldn’t give me the correct food until I handed him back the other sandwich. It may not seem like a huge deal, but when you know the policies and know how important it is to treat customers well, it seems worth noting that my experience was anything but pleasant. Mistakes happen, but I recommend speaking with and possibly retraining your managers on how to handle these situations.
