staff needs to learn the difference between a cheeseburger and a handburger. and management needs to enforce customer allergies. i’m lactose intolerant and cannot touch cheese at all and they put cheese in my handburger every single time. absolutely ridiculous.

As always the pay window is so kind when the person working today 5-26 at 1130am is so kind, sweet and such a good soul. He makes my day every time he is working. He needs to be recognized for being such a good person! His smile and kindness is contagious.

Self-service is terrible, if you don't know how to speak English they don't attend to you and the gentleman who charges if you don't speak English you leave you talking to yourself and he always has a horrible bad character to serve customers they have to improve when serving the customer
Very poor service and rude workers. Didn’t even say one word to me just handed me my iced coffee and just left. I don’t recommend here and this is why I don’t come here because the workers are so extremely rude.

They are supposed to close at 1 am and we went there at 10:09 PM and they didnt answer the drive thru even though there were employers inside , 2 More people were there and they didnt get an answer from any employer .
