I've only been here a handful of times, and I decided to stop in and give it a try once again. I got a coffee and ordered a sandwich to go. Let me tell you, the coffee tasted like water with coffee flavoring. And not even good coffee flavoring at that. The food in the past was a miss for me, but I was on my lunch break and I decided to give them another try. I regret that decision greatly. I don't understand how you can mess up a sandwich, but let me tell you they did. Not to mention the customer service is a locking so badly. They need to get people in there with a personality, and the ability to actually speak to customers in a professional and friendly manner. It's no good to have people working for your business, and representing your business when they look like they hate their job. It's unfortunate because the location is great for Hellertown, but I won't be back here ever again.

Ordered delivery at 5pm on grubhub. It said it would take 50-60 min. Ok its Friday and rainy out. At 6:50 my food gets delivered and ice cold. Forgot some items. Called and was given a pathetic excuse. Usually I dont give reviews but this was terrible.

Usually Cafe Erica has the best pizza in town, but recently their quality has changed, or the person who makes the pizzas is no longer there...and it compromises the taste and look of the pizza. The last pizzas we got were floppy and extremely thin. They had more toppings than crust (which some people may like) but the crust was basically non-existent. We couldn't even pick up a slice without it falling into pieces. And a few weeks ago the crust was completely burned, and we should have taken back the pizzas for a refund.

Terrible take out experience. $10.95 for a pathetic pile of romaine and croutons. And tortellini covered in a half pound of low quality cheese. I'm glad I waited until our second visit to write a review. I had a much different experience here on my first visit so that makes it even more disappointing.

Delicious food nice atmosphere it is BYOB but they are happy to accommodate you with glasses and ice the only downside is the parking but it is worth trying to find a place to park their food and service are excellent

Best place in Hellertown to get a margarita pizza hands down.. probably in the Lehigh Valley even. I'm from NYC. And I crave margarita pizza every so often. And this hits the spot!

Was nearby for work, needed to eat lunch and was tired of fast food. This place was a hidden gem! Great Italian food, soups, sandwiches, pizza, even pierogis! Excellent coffee, which I usually don't drink. The staff was very friendly & helpful, especially when I said I'd never been there before. The whole place was very clean & neat, including the restrooms. I'll definitely stop here again when I'm in the area!

This restaurant is a classic example of tasteless food from a cook/chef whoever is the kitchen. Wrong combinations of food and tastes such as sweet tastes when it should be sour. Tasteless ingredients and just eh feeling you eat here. Get a new chef and use some quality ingredients. For a moderately price Italian food this place is a no go for my future.

Best Calzone in Hellertown! Homemade and delicious. I love this cafe and the folks who run it. The coffee is tasty and the cafe quiet and wonderful. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Calzone. It's amazing.

I ordered a cheese steak and fries, it's one of the better steaks in town. My wife has a turkey sub and she enjoyed it. The rolls on both sandwiches were fresh. The fries and home made chips are delicious. There is no doubt I will be going back.

The owner and the entire staff are awfully friendly. The pizza is decent, and the restaurant has a great selection. But $6.95 for a slice of pumpkin cheesecake is a bit exorbitant. Cheesecake in New York City isn't nearly this pricey! Definitely more a once-a-year indulgence kind of thing. If that.
