Only time out of the dozens of times that I went was I less than thrilled with a purchase.
9 years we went there from her great breakfast sandwiches to her cakes and yummy gluten free.
It was a pleasure.
I will miss her.

Unfortunately, I did not read reviews before I visited. I saw postings thought we should try it, looked good online. There wasn't really much goodies to choose from, so we got a banana muffin and apple strudel. Save your money or go to another bakery. The banana muffin was so stale, first bite was spit out! Ended up feeding it to the the chickens.The apple strudel wasn't terrible but wasn't worth the ride. Total disappointment.

Woww!! I called in very last minute looking for a cake for my daughter’s birthday. She made it happen. This cake filled the room with just a delicious smell!!! We couldn’t wait to cut into it!! When we cut into it and took our first bite everyone in one accord hummed “mmmmm”. I’m not exaggerating, this is the best cake I’ve ever had!! Will definitely order from here more often!

Ordered a baby shower cake. Worst experience ever. We picked up the cake it slid 1st disaster. Called the lady sent her the video she had the nerve to say it wasn't bad. It was airbrushed instead of yellow icing so if you touched it, it turned white. Ask for Whipped cream got buttercream. All she kept saying was I've been making cakes for 15 years. Maybe it's time for her to stop. Disaster after disaster. Then we cut it and most disgusting cake taste ever. It crumbled as they cut it. Was suppose to be strawberry flavor well looks like she just colored it because it certainly wasn't any flavor. Mind you it was just a plain yellow cake no decorations because we wanted to do it. A lesson we'll learned. Very poor customer service. Mind you, we paid 120.00 for a cake. She didn't offer nothing except to bring it back. She should if compensate my daughter something for everything we went through. So be it we ended up throwing in the garbage.

Purchased a mothers day cake on saturday was horrible they had a week and a 1/2 to make got there and it was not even done had to wait 27minutes. Asked for whipped creme got butter creme and the happy mother day saying looked horribleThe cake tasted like it was missing sugar tasted stail not moist at all. Not what i was expecting at all from a small town business.

It was my husbands birthday.he is a lumberjack/arborist..and he loves feeding the squirrels..So I ordered a tree stump cake .with a squirrel on top.The owner went above & beyond..This cake was adorable,funny, delicious,and had the most delicious icing I've ever tasted .my tongue was extatic..This was my first cake from hellertown bakery,,but it's most definitely not my last ..Hands down my new spot for cakes..????
