The short ribs khao soi is delicious. The broth is flavorful and yummy and mixed with the noodles it was perfection. The iced chai tea latte was also good.

The food was good. The spring rolls didn’t have enough veggies it was a lot of dough and the ramen had so many green beans and one rib. In fact it was all green beans. Very odd. The pad Thai was good and the other dishes okay.

I wanted Thai “waterfall soup” aka “Thai boat noodles” or simply beef noodle soup. It looked like they had it on the menu and decent reviews so off I went.I was not disappointed- thrilled actually to find such good tasting and fairly authentic beef noodle soup near me.Other food including the scallops and dumplings were also good but the soup stole the show.Service was a bit erratic and slow- not their fault- it was a busy Friday evening and they honestly were overwhelmed with take out orders.I definitely will be back.

Been wanting to come to this place for a while and I have to say that the quality of food is on par with the aesthetics! I got the lunch special! Ordered Somtum Kai Tod with rice which was an incredible value and couldn't believe I got all of it for $15. This dish consisted of papaya salad and a crispy chicken- along with soup, salad, and I chose spring rolls for the starter. Everything was so delicious. The chicken was incredibly crispy and juicy and paired nicely with the sauces. The papaya salad was a genomes portion. The spring rolls were very fresh and crispy. With the Thai Tea, my total came out to $20 which was great for the quality and amount of food I got. Would definitely come again for dinner. The service was awesome and my server was very attentive. Super cute decor too

I'm a regular at La Kang, Easton. A friend recommended their new location in Hellertown and we were very impressed. The noodle dishes were fabulous and the decor is warm, inviting and quaint. A definite "must-eat". Service was great. I can't wait to go back and try another dish. You won't be disappointed!

We heard about this place locally and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, online it states they are open till 9. We arrived a little after 8 due to attending a local event. We were immediately met by staff stating they would have to check with the kitchen. They came back and said that they couldn't seat us.... We walked out. I guess we'll just keep going to our favorites at the Promenade and Bethlehem. Thanks for noticing La Kang!

This is the best Thai food in the valley! Much better (and cheaper) than White Orchid at the promenade. We had the green curry, skirt steak, papaya salad, and pork ribs. All excellent! We didn’t know it was BYOB until the table next to us started popping bottles. Such a cute delicious restaurant!
