I did the drive through.Firstly,, I don’t like the fact that before the service is even rendered, I have to decide on my tip. But you have to do it before you can pay.I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and veggie egg whites, both of which are excellent. However, I was not handed a bag, but was just handed the packages they invariably leak grease and I had that all over my hands.I was also not given any napkinsI realize that we are trying to save paper, but I think that when someone has ordered two sandwiches that the napkins are provided.Also, knowing that a cheese sandwich and egg white bites tend to give out grease that it should be placed in a bag..Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian options availableDietary restrictions: Vegetarian options availableParking: Multiple easily availableLarge parking areaWheelchair accessibility: Not sure

Have given this store multiple chances. Almost everytime something is wrong. This last time i went and paid 16$ for two drinkswith modifications. the chai tea was luke warm and the caramel macchiato was also luke warm, all foam and just not good. Ive put a photo of the macchiato to show what it looked like without a sip taken out of it. Only sat for about a minute until i got home.
