Food was ok at best, took 20 minutes to be seated and then another 40 to get my food. Don't think I'll be back soon

We had the Bourbon specials, and they were both very good. They pretzel appetizer was very good.

The waiter was friendly.

Everything was very good but the sweet peach is amazing !!! It wasn't listed below for suggestions for food my two favorite meals are the Burbon st stake or the Broccoli chicken Alfredo

I used to eat here regularly. In person service was normally fine. Their to go ordering has had issues. they have messed up orders, forgotten food, poor quality. Recently I did an online order and at the end of the order it had a longer wait time than I could accommodate. I immediately called the restaurant to cancel order. I spoke to two employees and they both gave me a bit of an attitude. The manager agreed to cancel order and advised it would take 7 business day to go through. I still received texts about my order being completed. I sent an online dispute to Applebees. She called me the next day and said I should have the refund by the following wednesday. It has now been 10 business days and no refund. I sent another online dispute. No response from restaurant or corporate. I have had to file and dispute my bank to recoup the money. Pretty poor customer service and taking my money while I did not receive any food is basically theft. Do Better.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service we received at the Hermitage Applebee's restaurant tonight. We have been frequent patrons of Applebee's, dining there almost weekly, and have always had positive experiences until tonight.

Upon arrival, the hostess was incredibly rude. When we declined a high-top table, her demeanor immediately changed, and she led us to a completely unsuitable table directly in the main walkway. Despite the availability of numerous booths, our request to be seated in one was met with a scoff. She then proceeded to clear a table, leaving us standing awkwardly in the aisle amongst other diners for an unacceptable length of time before finally walking away with the tray.

My wife and I ultimately decided to leave due to the hostess's unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. We have always been courteous and respectful to your staff, and this experience was shocking and frankly, appalling. I hope management will investigate this matter thoroughly and address the hostess's conduct. This incident has significantly impacted our opinion of your establishment, and we will not be returning for the foreseeable future.

It was chilly in there. They had a sign that said they were having heating issues. Food was as usual good, drink was yummy. We did the 2 for $25 entrees deal. The server wasn't very pleasant. We asked for a drink menu and he pointed to the NFL promo menu and said that's it, but we said no your drink / bar specials and he reluctantly went and asked them came back with it. We both ordered drinks off of that one, as the drink we wanted was only listed on that menu. The fiesta lime chicken needed more sauce tonight, we asked for some but the server kept forgetting so we just ate it as it was and then when we were done the server said Oh, I forgot your extra sauce. They weren't really busy in the restaurant

Food was great for the most part. I had a crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich on their meal deal. But when I got it, there was very little ranch. So I asked for extra ranch. My waitress ended up charging me .50 cents extra. My meal was already 12.99 for that extra deal. I could have just gotten a regular crispy chicken sandwich for 9.99 and just asked for ranch and that would have been cheaper. She was about to get a great tip too until I seen that charge. Nope. Hope that extra .50 was worth a very small tip.

Spent 7 minutes waiting for seating, understandable since this facility appears understaffed, please note this facility is not friendly to special needs, the “hostess” seemed aghast at my daughters appearance with special needs, profound ignorance.
