The crew at Applebee’s in Hermitage is awesome, I am greeted promptly, they know what I want, very friend staff. Some mentions are Brandon, Ashley, Melissa and Cynthia. Keep up the great work!

Tried their chicken Parm,,,real bad!!the chicken was like eating rubber,,, must have been microwaved before frying and the pasta was bland tasting.They need to do it right or take it off menu.

Hunter was our server tonight. He was by far the best server we have had at ANY restaurant. He was so friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and expectionally attentive to our needs and requests. He checked in on us frequently. He is such a breath of fresh air. His enthusiasm and energy are contagious!!! Stop in at Applebee's in Heritage and request Hunter. You won't be sorry.

Our server hunter was amazing, the best server I've had in a restaurant for a long time. Not only was he lively, funny and respectful but he also had wonderful knowledge about soundgarden and chris Cornell, which made me feel very comfortable. our food was great, my burger was massive and cooked perfectly.

Terrible food, Applebee's use to be a good spot to go to for some good food, but recently the food is just not the same. Half my food was cold, steak had to go back becauae it wasn't done didn't see a manager not one time about the matter. Green beans have no flavor. Order mushroom and onion with my steak only got mushrooms, bacon was in my husband's food after requesting no bacon so he got sick after we went home from it. No manager came out and apologized about that the waitress only took off his meal. No caring the fact my husband can't eat bacon. I would never go back atleast to the hermitage one. Terrible Terrible. Dont recommend. Also to add other customers by me we're also complaining about their food that's when I realized it ain't just mine

Restaurant was not very busy when we got there and got seated quickly. Manger told us about the daily special to raise money for a charity. Nick was our server and he was very good very polite and gave us the perfect amount of attention.
We were sat beside a table that looked like it was being used as the employee break area and had stuff all over the table. Food came out pretty quickly we ordered the chicken parm and the Mac and cheese with chicken tenders. The chicken parm was not very got chicken very dry and the Alfredo sauce on the pasta had no flavour at all and was warm at best. The Mac and cheese and tenders came out and it was penne noodles with a white sauce with bacon bits with no flavour if it was a an attempt at carbonara it was not good.
Altogether not a great experience. Mind you Nick was very nice

I had an amazing night with my grandma at this place shout out to the waitress I had izabella she was there fast got everything done didn't take long doing stuff and even had a bit of a mutual convo with us I really appreciated her and the staff that was on shift last night they did amazing the service and food was great and it was just over all a great night so thanks very much and I highly recommend that everyone goes to the hermatage apple bees that's near by.

Wow has the food gone downhill! This place used to have a wonderful reputation n b packed all the time. I ordered a to go order. The spinach dip was an awful imitation of the delicious one they used to have. Also came w a salsa that was so ridiculously hot I couldn't eat it let alone enjoy it. Quesadilla burger was awful. Fiesta Lime chicken, my favorite item on the menu which I ordered w extra Pico, again, super hot! Highly disappointed. Will not b back.

Went there for early supper. There were maybe 12 people seated with at least three employees. We stood at the sign that said wait to be seated for at least 10 minutes with no attention being given to myself and my wife. The employees saw us standing there, but absolutely no one would come over to us. There was not a hostess anywhere in sight. We just left the restaurant and went to another restaurant. We won't go back.

Hermatage Applebee's. Fries were cold. Boneless wings were hard as rocks. Bathroom was the most disgusting I have ever seen in a chain restaurant, including McDonald's, burger King and trumbull county fair.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This place has gone downhill. Stood waiting to be seated for 25 minutes. Not one person would even let us know they would be with us. 4 different workers looked at us and would not come over. While standing there waiting, a few tables had to get up and flag down workers, who were all in the back. They can not say its because they were short staffed. While standing there, we counted 5 different servers/ bartender/manager. That's not including people in the back. They were not even busy, has 3 people at the bar, two tables seated in bar area, and 3 tables on the side. Absolutely horrible

The service sucks and the management there is dishonest. They have absolutely no time for customers or whoever calls with an issue. The new castle location is friendlier and more generous . Not sure why this particular location is managed the way it is.
