Ok, so I placed an order via the app, and I figured the food would be as it is at ever place. good, but standard. boy, was I wrong. the steak was AMAZING, the service was with a smile, and even when I called to tell the manager how fantastic everything was, he made the experience that much better!I will ABSOLUTELY be back, and telling everyone to come here, to this place!

My wife and I stopped in on Saturday March 16 for lunch. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated. When we got to our table, there was food all over the floor. I had to step over salad and fries to get to my seat. We ordered drinks and waited to order food. We ordered the 2 for $25 new sizlin' skillets. She ordered the 6 oz and I ordered the 8oz. Bothell cooled medium.Both with a side salad. We asked to substitute green beans for broccoli and we were told that wasn't allowed. Every other Applebee's I have been to has said it's no problem. While eating our salad the girl cleaning the table behind us spilled a glass of something down my back, said sorry and went to get a napkin. She came back handed me the napkin and left the glass on the floor. Someone picked it up 10 minutes later. Food came and both steaks were about 4 oz and beyond well done with a ton of broccoli and hardly any potatoes.By this time my wife had had it and went to the car. I asked for a manager and explained everything. She asked me if the person cleaning the table had her hands full and looked at my back. I showed her the food on the floor and didn't seem concerned. She said they highly discourage substitutions even though you can order it that way to go. She did say that the steaks were small and overcooked. She did not charge me for anything and I walked out. Absolutely the worst experience at any Applebee's ever. We will not return to this one. Niles is 100 times better.

Haven't been here in quite a few years. I must say I was pleasantly surprised upon my return. The all you can eat Riblets, Shrimp, and Boneless Wings are well worth the $14.99! Every bit of my food was hot and fresh which was one of the reasons I have avoided them for so long. I will definitely be back again. Hopefully they keep the current standards as high as they were in this visit.

Restaurant with extremely dark. Could barely read our menus or see what we were eating. Waitress was apparently having a bad day in our personal life and then it spill over to her customers. Service was extremely strong everywhere except to bar area. Leaving here a few times but the service is slowly declined since covid-19 outbreak in 2020. If we had not had a gift card we would have not come.
