My experience was less than just ok. The kid taking my order talked too fast to understand and failed to express any gratitude for my patronage. The lady who processed my payment and handed me my food was cold faced, no smile, and again lacked any appreciation for my patronage. I feel that a robot would have friendlier to take my $twenty dollars $20.
It has been YEARS since I was at this Arby’s. So just for a change I decided to risk it. I didn’t feel very appreciated and therefore have very little desire to go back. The food was just ok as my expectations for fast food is low already and it never looks like the picture.

What happen to Arby’s the service used to be good and fast and the food was good. It has been a while since I had been here and today I had to wait for 10- 15 minutes to get my roast beef slider. They did apologize for the wait but when I received my sandwich it looked like it went through a war. The bread was being torn apart and it was very difficult to find a clean table. The tables were dirty, chairs were dirty and the floor was dirty. Not a very good experience. Hopefully they will become good again. The food was hot though which was good.

Having decent food is only half the battle, the other half is having amazing employees that are amazing people too. A prime example of what I'm talking about is Amy at Arbys Hermitage, PA location. She is an outstanding employee but a better human. When I came up short, she paid it from her own pocket without hesitation. It wasn't much but it meant the world and it was the difference between having a meal and going hungry. I came back with not only the money to repay her but her kindness as well and a little more for the love she showed me.
