Having decent food is only half the battle, the other half is having amazing employees that are amazing people too. A prime example of what I'm talking about is Amy at Arbys Hermitage, PA location. She is an outstanding employee but a better human. When I came up short, she paid it from her own pocket without hesitation. It wasn't much but it meant the world and it was the difference between having a meal and going hungry. I came back with not only the money to repay...
One of the better Arby's. Always friendly and haven't gotten a thick sliced roast beef sandwich yet. Always fast and very polite and courteous. Food is always hot and ready to go. Always enjoy going here
I tried the new sandwiches they were promoting. Think it was the Philly cheesesteak I'm not sure. But for the first time I just wasn't impressed with the sandwich. I love Arby's. Give them a five on everything every time I go there. But this time I just can't. But remember to give it a try and let me know what you think. Steven
