Hospitality here is unmatched! I thought I placed an order for delivery, but I accidentally put it for pick up. When I called the store they were so kind and offered to have a server run the order to me without me even asking for that! Today is Mother's Day and I dined at my favorite spot. Unfortunately, mom did not feel like going out, so I had lunch alone. Today, I had their delicious turkey and dressing meal; topped with mashed potatoes and gravy. Hyatt waited on me today and she was just a darling waitress. She engaged me so well. I appreciate you, Hyatt. Oh my! What a meal is the turkey and dressing. It is off the chain. I appreciate Bob Evans for keeping the turkey and dressing on your menu, year round. It's a comfort food that I enjoy. Keep doing what you're doing, Bob Evans. You're home away from home.

The food was awful. I was excited that a Book Evans was near garbage. The waitress was clueless. Never offered water! Coffee want refilled it offered. Hash browns burnt! Avocados ordered but they were frozen😱🫣 no one took out freezer. Biscuits came out cold, dry and burnt before breakfast. Waste of time, energy and money!
