I had a great experience at Bob Evans in Hermitage Pennsylvania recently! The food was fresh and tasty, which really made the meal enjoyable. The service was also top-notch—friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was just right. I’m docking one star because there’s always room for a little improvement, but overall, it was a solid visit. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal with good vibes!

Waited over 30 minutes for food and nothing so had to leave as was going to be late for work, restaurant was nearly empty too. Ive been here in the past when nearly every table was full and had food much quicker, i was told “new cooks” if this is going to be the service from now on it is absolutely not worth coming here especially foe the insane prices.

Service was friendly but the food was not so good. I ordered some hash browns thinking they would come golden brown and crispy but instead they were still white dripping with dirty grease. They were obviously undercooked on a dirty grill! My boyfriend ordered a hamburger with egg on it. It make him sick through the night. :UPDATE: We went in and spoke to the manager Nikki, and she gladly accommodated us our money back. Thank You Nikki for your friendliness and understanding!

I ordered the chicken n noodles dinner and it was barely warm. Asked that it be warmed up. It came back a little more than barely warm. Wasn’t good at all Bad experience no more .

Worst management experience ever first I had a dirty silverware and then my sunny side up egg was gooey they took it back and supposedly cooked it but it came back the same way. And finally my wife found a hair in her sandwich. The manager came over and said I don’t see a hair looked at us like we were dumb and then was holding a plate right in my face while talking to my wife. There was absolutely no reason she needed to be so rude

Ordered the "premium" holiday platter meal. Horrible! Very salty. The pumpkin pie was inedible. The words "served hot" were on the picture, which I beg to differ. I think this was a holiday meal from last year.

This was a complete joke. Took 20+ minutes to get seated ( 2hrs prior to closing) then there was more tables with dirty dishes then customers or employees. We were seated & about 20+ minutes later a young girl came told us our waitress was busy but she could get our drinks, to be honest she tried her best but was clearly not trained for the job. Messed our drinks up 3times still never got them correct. Then we waited about 30 minutes for the supposed to be manager to bring our food still have yet to see our actual waitress. Then when we were done our waitress finally shows up with our check. I asked to speak with manager and was told she was busy & when I said I'd like to speak with her she came over and said she doesn't have time to speak with us we can stop back tomorrow or call her & she rolled her eyes & left. Clearly she was not a good restaurant manager and it showed. We won't bother to stop there again.

This is my families go to place. We always enjoy our visit....only once in last ten years did we have a problem which was fixed immediately. However our last visit things just seemed off....several items were overcooked.....waitress was nice she let us know she was new....so visit was ok except dinner just wasn't as good as we are use to. Maybe a new cook or short staffed that night ...im not sure....we will be back though!....it's our place!!

Basic food, everything was a bit cold. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast, the gravy was thick sludge. I tried to scrape it off. The eggs were over cooked. The hash browns are over spiced and cold. I gave them a 3 because the biscuits were awesome
