I don't come here very often as I no longer live in the area, but I've never had any issues with this place that were at fault of the staff here as they've always been pretty good to me. The only time I ever had an issue was one that was fixed relatively easily. They needed to change the syrup for the coke as the coke wasn't tasting right obviously as a result, and they took care of it immediately.

Pulled into parking lot near drivethru at 10:25am parked for just 5 minutes waiting for change to lunch menu at 10:30. Then right out of the blue a car pulled into lot and took their car and pulled right up to front of my truck then parked right across from me and woman inside kept shaking her head at me and acting very disgusted at me. After she got out she had her uniform on so I knew it was the manager. African-American woman with glasses. I pulled up to her and asked what did I do wrong and she kept staring at me and would not answer me. She then shook her head and went inside the door. Rudest manager ever at this location. She basically threatened me for parking for 5 minutes with no explanation. I will never ever return to this Burger King in Hermitage and I will also let everybody I know to stop going there as well.

I was there monday (08/12/24) with my family at bk. I ordered a number six ain't chicken sandwich with no mayo medium drink and fries it comes out with mayo. I checked my receipt my receipt said what was on my plate. I went back up there and I said things might have happened you could not listen to me there was a lot of things going on that is fine I would like a classic chicken sandwich with no mayo they proceeded to give me a chicken sandwich now it has cheese mayo bacon and lettuce and tomato. That's not what I wanted so I went up and paid for another classic chicken sandwich and they gave me the original chicken sandwich I'm not going to say anything about it I'm going to let this speak for itself exactly what happened word for word I don't know what else to tell you people.

Food is undercooked, ordered two double cheeseburgers got two smashed single burgers. Ridiculous. So basically y'all don't wanna give people what they're paying for and are extremely comfortable serving undercooked food.

What are the plain hamburger for my dog so you can eat with us while we were in our burgers and they gave him a burger with everything on it through his nose up at it
