I recently stopped by the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was fresh and delicious.

I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, pico and queso blanco, and it was cooked to perfection. The portion was generous, and the flavors were well-balanced.¹

What impressed me most was the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The dining area was spotless, and the staff were diligent about refilling drinks and clearing tables.

Overall, I highly recommend the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal.

Will I return? Absolutely! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I was a first time customer last night at this location, I was very excited since my fiance talks so highly of the food. This was his first time at this location also. He got a burrito and I got a bowl. Unfortunately everything was pretty much empty except the meat and beans. We did not get half the options on toppings and sauces bc it was dinner time and nothing at all was stocked. The employees did not seem to want to be there. When ask what'd I'd like I said I'm not sure what everything is because I've never been here before. They said ok.... so I ended up asking what half the stuff was because no one treated me like a new customer. After the employees told me I had to take white rice bc they still waiting on brown, I said ok that's fine. Little did I realize after they told prep they had enough rice for 2 bowls they stretched it into 3 bowls. So maybe a quarter cup of rice in my bowl!!! The Cheese sauce that I keep hearing is good was not an option last night the girl said she had no clue when it was goin to be filled because everything was empty. So by the time I pain 13$ on this ridiculous bowl it didn't even fill the bowl to the rim. I tried calling last night and this morning to talk to management and you have no option to call in to the store. I always wanted to make sure the gm was aware the prep employee stocking the line was TOUCHING FOOD WITH NO GLOVES. I do not eat places that are not clean, I am an 10 + yrs management. I have worked for multiple chains, I have opened and help get new stores up and running here, nashanick, Ohio ect. This was no where an except able experience. I tried to give the food back and get a refund after paying and seeing prep touching food but we got ignored and I have been tryin to call every since. Very up setting I don't eat out after seeing how alot of kitchens are ran and treated. I wouldn't tell anyone to eat here on the night shift where there was no manager in site! Not a good way to keep or received business.

Made an order for pickup and when I got there the food wasn’t made. Asked where it was and since it was an hour after the time I scheduled, they refused to remake it and refund me causing me to have to call chipotle headquarters. The manager was extremely rude and difficult to work with. Feel bad for the employees that have to deal with her

This location used to be fairly reliable, and the food decent. For the past year or so the product has been hit or miss and the service has been abysmal. I usually order on mobile, and have had orders be seriously delayed or simply not get made at all multiple times. Most recently, the last three times I’ve tried to order there was no option to, or they were out of burrito tortillas.

Ordered 3 Bowls. Out of Burritos at the Hermitage Location.
Everything was fresh. However; the seasonings or lack there of were way off !
Chipotle Cilantro rice is my favorite. Tonight no flavor at all to rice - no cilantro flavoring.
Other flavorings overpowering; oregano, basil.
Changed entire flavoring of bowl. Just didn't have the Chipotle flavors we've grown to love.

The manager at this chipotle (black female with glasses) was very rude about my completely messed up and gross order. She refused to replace my black guacamole because it oxidizes and is supposed to look like that and my quesadilla was literally a plain tortilla thrown in a box. I was missing all of my chips, my second guacamole for my coworker, my coworkers taco and my other coworkers tacos were completely wrong. She went to the back and remade it as all of her front employees kept looking back there laughing making me feel uncomfortable to eat this food… when I asked if the second guacamole was replaced she got an attitude and said I never said I was missing it and handed me a small guacamole with it spilling out the sides. This is the third time I’ve had a terrible experience at this chipotle when I drive 20 minutes to get it and I think I’m done with at as a whole especially because of this rude manager that has 0 empathy and only cares about being rude and goofing off with her employees. 0 stars if I could. Just because I am a take out order doesn’t mean my items should be missing or wrong and I have to have such a difficult time getting the items I paid for!!!!

The service is incredibly slow. The manager seems inept. Multiple people will be working and only one person will help the people in the line. I have feeling I know who the manager is and every time a line forms she runs to the back. It’s so unprofessional. I have been there several times and the service is straight up bad. The food is lacking- skimpy on meat and cheese. It’s so disappointing how we are treated and not given the food we want because of the bad service. Too much of the ingredients that take over the flavor, huge amounts of the salsa, sour cream etc… I am assuming because this lazy manager trains the staff to give more of the ingredients that are easier to put together. Or this a directive of the company to save money. Either way it’s a bad look. Again I’m really disappointed with this restaurant and Chipotle’s branding with this inept leadership. I have been a restaurant manager before and I had pride in my work. Sad that people at this establishment don’t.
