I have to share just how incredible our experience was at Combine Brothers in Hermitage, PA. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfection. Heard alot about Combine Brothers and we decided to stop at the Hermitage, PA location for a late lunch. Enjoyed the salad w/ balsamic and the bread that comes is more like a half a loaf of bread, but it was very fresh and really good! I got the garlic and olive oil fettuccine, but you better like garlic as it was loaded and the pasta was a bit on the hard side. Needed to be closer to Al dente. We heard about this place from a couple at our campground that had gone there the night before. Everything they told us about this place was true. Food was fantastic. Service was great. A little expensive, but it was worth every penny!!! I would highly recommend Combine Brothers to anyone looking for some really good Italian food!!!
