Heard alot about Combine Brothers and we decided to stop at the Hermitage, PA location for a late lunch. Enjoyed the salad w/ balsamic and the bread that comes is more like a half a loaf of bread, but it was very fresh and really good! I got the garlic and olive oil fettuccine, but you better like garlic as it was loaded and the pasta was a bit on the hard side. Needed to be closer to Al dente. The eggplant parm was a huge piece that took up half the plate and the Olive pesto...
We heard about this place from a couple at our campground that had gone there the night before. Everything they told us about this place was true. Food was fantastic. Service was great. A little expensive, but it was worth every penny!!! I would highly recommend Combine Brothers to anyone looking for some really good Italian food!!!
First time in PA and I was told to try here for the best Italian food. WOW, it was worth it. The food tasted amazing, the portion size was unreal. Price wasn't bad at all either. I recommend the lasagna with spicy Italian sausage.
