The double cheeseburger was so dry it was tough. Had no flavor. I ordered it with K,M,P and Onions. 3 little pieces of onion 2 pickles a dab of ketchup and mustard. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake. It was more like strawberry milk. It was thin like milk with ground strawberries in it. Unfortunately I was not taking it back as I was on my way home when I discovered how terrible it was. I will never go there again

Twice now I have been to this DQ, and twice now they have fouled my order. This time I believe they gave me the wrong burger (which I tried to eat, but it was drier than the Sierra… ended up in the trash) French fries instead of onion rings, and the tea might as well have been water. Thanks for taking my 38.00 and giving me sun-par food in return. I literally could have found better food in a dumpster, and I will not be ordering for this particular location ever again.

The drive thru window sticker hours and Google say hours of operation are til 10pm I pulled up at 9:12pm and the workers shut the lights off. Soon as I pulled away they turned them back on. I called and they said they close at 9pm but I was just there a couple days ago and like I said the drive thru window hours said 10pm.

This store never participates in any of the promotions which is fine but others should know this. Every time my husband and I come to this location they are out of something or no longer carry something. I guess it’s time that I drive to Greenville to get the Dairy Queen experience that I want.

I ordered an Oreo blizzard ice cream sheet cake for my husband’s birthday from the DQ in Hermitage across from Walmart. After I got home after ordering the cake, I remembered seeing chocolate drizzled down the sides of a round cake in the freezer section. So I called them later and asked if there would be drizzled chocolate on the sides of the sheet cake I ordered. A girl answered and asked somebody, and they said yes, which I was happy to hear. I just picked up the cake and brought it home, took it out of the box so it would fit in our freezer. Guess what-no drizzled chocolate on the sides! I called DQ the one across from Hermitage and spoke with a young lady who said she was the manager. I explained the issue to her and she replied they don’t drizzle chocolate on sheet cakes because it soaks through the cardboard. I was noticeably upset since I was told yes they did drizzle chocolate on my cake when I called. The manager didn’t go out of her way to apologize or try to make things right! We’ll never patronize the DQ across from Walmart again. Their customer service is terrible! We’ll go to DQ ON East State Street or Sharpsville.

I ordered a special treat for myself through the app. When I picked up my banana split from the drive through, I asked if it was fresh and they said yes. When I got back to my office, it was soup. I must say I've never had a good experience at the Dairy Queen across from the Hermitage Walmart. I've deleted the app and I'm not going back. The Dairy Queen on East State Street does better than the "near Walmart" Dairy Queen but I don't have time for this Incompetence. I work at a very busy Doctor's office and I don't have much time for lunch so it's important that the restaurant I go to cares about quality. Goodbye Dairy Queen!
I'm done wasting my $$ at this particular location or the one on State Street. Blizzards aren't cheap to begin with, especially when you buy for family of 5, but it's our fav and we enjoy them. I don't know what has changed, but this past year they have started being VERY skimpy with the candy in blizzards. Barely anything in them! Disappointed every time we go. Finally have given up on convenience of these locations in Shenango Valley and moved on. So worth it to go to one 20 minutes away owned by another family. They make them the way we use to get them in Hermitage. Packed with candy... and a bit cheaper too!

I've been to 3 different DQ Locations in the area in the last month or so, but this one Specifically was the BEST All around! Not only did they do the order absolutely PERFECT (for 5 ppl), an order consisting of several diff Iceream orders, but food ones too. The staff were Very Kind and friendly, and made a point to get our order down Exactly how everyone wanted. The Ice-cream and food were ALL Made ABSOLUTELY PERFECT And Soooo YUMMY too! NOT ONE SINGLE "mess up" or "Error" (which I KNOW happens.. ppl are only human. Can't expect perfection. And it just happens sometimes). I mean like; its Not uncommon if me or one of the kids don't get their extra caramel/hot fudge, etc. Or they'll accidentally forget something, Or go "Overboard". Well, NOT This time! I Just want to say this DQ location has an AMAZING employee "Crew/Staff". (We'll, for that shift anyway!)
Parking: Large parking lot woth LOTS of spaces and room to park. Large enough to even have a small "kids" party there, Plus have parking still available for "reg" Walk-in/drive-thru customers.
Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere. Plenty of space inside for energetic kiddos who need their space! Staff Is VERY friendly.
