Ordered a medium Sunday and I get ice cream a barely filled disaster of a Sunday and this has happened consistently
The hot food is mediocre and the ice cream is a joke

Ordered a small chocolate cone and they let my cone sit there and melt as I waited in line then gave it to me and said our machine is serving soft ice cream but didn’t offer me my money back just gave me melted ice cream

I went there today to pick up some ice cream for me and my boyfriend. I got a large sundae and when I got home and took it out of the bag, only the cup of the sundae was filled there was no Dairy Queen bubbles on the top or signature swirl and in the three minutes home in my air condition car It barely melted, so they simply did not put the right amount of ice cream. Normally wouldn’t be something to complain about, but if I’m getting the portion of a small, I’d rather pay small prices. The boy at the window was extremely nice though when I placed my order. Super unhappy to get half of what I paid for will not be going back to this location.

It’s no wonder this place is not busy mediocre service, microwaved hamburgers, I watch them do it, low-grade french fries cooked in a deep fryer that needed the oil changed two days ago. Drive a couple miles to SHARPSVILLE and support a local owner. This place is obviously not locally owned anymore
The double cheeseburger was so dry it was tough. Had no flavor. I ordered it with K,M,P and Onions. 3 little pieces of onion 2 pickles a dab of ketchup and mustard. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake. It was more like strawberry milk. It was thin like milk with ground strawberries in it. Unfortunately I was not taking it back as I was on my way home when I discovered how terrible it was. I will never go there again

Twice now I have been to this DQ, and twice now they have fouled my order. This time I believe they gave me the wrong burger (which I tried to eat, but it was drier than the Sierra… ended up in the trash) French fries instead of onion rings, and the tea might as well have been water. Thanks for taking my 38.00 and giving me sun-par food in return. I literally could have found better food in a dumpster, and I will not be ordering for this particular location ever again.
