I don't understand some of the bad reviews about this place. I'm a local, go frequently to the point they basically know me and my order and have started remembering my man's order too (always a french krolller and sometimes the berry refresher for him 😄). I've only had a drink made wrong once, was bitter like it had no sweetener added but it was fixed, the young man who made it looked new so I didn't mind. Donuts are always good, but its not unusual to have a firm donut if its late in the day so if you want fresh you gotta get em in between the morning and like 6pm (yes yes I go this often).
As for the service, I give it a 4. Because, while the staff is friendly and always gets my order right, it can be a little slow. It depends on who's working and how many people are working. If its the evening shift between 4 and 7 a drink can be slow to ready even if its not busy and the morning is pretty average to slow but again its busy in the AM so can't really complain. And I can't say much on atmosphere since I never dine in, so I give it a 4 given the general friendly environment.

I am absolutely appalled I spend at least $600 a month at the establishment I never received my drinks correctly I almost always have to go back through to make corrections it always takes forever no matter how many people are in drive-thru no matter how many people are in The Establishment itself it is always forever and a day to get a drink at 4:00 this morning I was the only car and yet there were I'm sitting there waiting I see most of my drinks that are hot sitting on the counter just sitting there and then I literally see another seven drinks being put out instead of giving me what I ordered why are they making other drinks for people that aren't even there when there is somebody there and they're not making the drink that truly makes no sense I sat as the only car for over 20 minutes I ordered four drinks I had to come back through and wait another 15 minutes just for them to correctly make the one drink for the amount that we pay for what we get is not paying off and the only reason that I continue to purchase is because I'm unable to do it at my own home because we're doing the electrical but I am astonished and you guys are going to be losing a lot of business

Went to get a few donuts. Watched a kid run between windows doing orders for ten minutes ( not wearing gloves to handle food) while female employee visited friends while half attempting to mop the dining area. She then comes into the food area, runs her hands through her hair putting it in a pony tail, then starts preparing orders without washing her hands. I left. I AM NOT EATING ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF THIS PLACE!

Coffee is made wrong at least once a week. Other than that, friendly service.
For me at this location my order is always correct, and the employees are nice enough. The problem I have is that the amount of frosting on the donuts is always minimal. They have it down to a science how little frosting they can put on before people ask for more or a refund. Usually the frosting is supposed to go down to the bake line in the middle, but this Dunkin only frosts the top third. It really throws off the balance of donut to frosting.
