Like their coffee cake muffins. If you go in the morning, you need to have time because you sit for a while.

Great staff, very helpful and professional.
Coffee is to die for. Doughnuts are amazing as well as all the other pastries and snacks you want. 💯 Badass!!!

I usually go here when I visit my bf, and every time there is always something that’s screwed up. I tend to stay silent most times because I don’t want the constant complaints to come across as me trying to get free stuff. But the last time I went (a few days ago), I got bagel minis, and as I took a bite I happened to see this brown stuff in it. I don’t know nor care what it is, but that’s absolutely disgusting. I emailed customer service, and the GM of this store Paige, wrote a half asses apology saying if I go back and show the email, she’ll refund me. I feel as a GM you should show a bit more concern considering there’s an unknown substance in the food you’re serving. I tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but my order is almost always screwed up when I go here. Whether the coffee tasting weird, getting the wrong items, or the food not being up to par. Looking at how I’m not the only one that has an issue with this location, they might wanna reconsider who runs it since they don’t do a good enough job as it is…

I always get the same drink but it tastes different depending on who makes it. Some of the staff are really nice but some have stank attitudes and never give napkins then act like it’s a problem asking for some

honestly this used to be my go to coffee place. however, recently they have went SO far downhill. i literally pay $5+ to be completely disappointed. the coffee is not worth drinking unless you like sweetened milk or sewer water. also, they seem to just add whatever they want to your order if they are out of what you order??? whipped cream instead of cold foam, glazed donut instead of chocolate frosted. you dont even get a warning its just thrusted out the window at you and the window gets shut. food is mediocre at best.

This location is the only location owned by White's Donuts that consistently fails, time after time. Be it Iced Lattes with no espresso (despite paying for additional shots), Iced coffees with no dairy (despite ordering extra creamer), or items coming out with random unrequested ingredients in them...failure seems to be their go to play. The first ten or fifteen times I had no espresso in my latte, I chalked it up to them being busy and making a mistake but now? Either they don't know HOW to do it right, or they honestly just don't care to. Go across town to the S. Hermitage road location or the Hubbard location. Don't waste your time and money on the heartbreak that is "Hermitage North".

Higher prices at this location. Employees are not super friendly. Exiting can be a major headache.

Parking: Parking is not necessarily the issue. However, the drive-thru lane is a pain. Exiting the parking lot is also difficult.

Past few times I've gotten my frozen mocha coffee, it's had a lot of big chunks of ice. One day last week, I ordered a bagel and my frozen mocha. Their card machine was messing up, then I got my bagel and was told to have a good day. I drove off and never got my coffee. I sat in the drive thru for probably 10 minutes waiting for their card machine to take my money and get my bagel and coffee. It was chaos that morning so it was also my fault but usually I get my coffee then food. That morning, they were very unorganized.

Wow ! Is all I have to say ... I just spent 17 mints at the window waiting on one chicken pepper wrap just for it to be handed to be frozen solid cold .. I mean this is the second bad experience I've had in a row.. last week I went inside for breakfast and the place was packed n I mean packed and all and literally all the customers was angry and complaining.. I waited that day for one item for 30 mints. All I have to say is if your on a lunch break don't go here !! This location is not good for anything but it's donuts it's seems like even my coffee are always made wrong . Very upset cause now I don't get to eat into I get off work at midnight. Whoever the mods are should not be getting paid a dime... clearly the store owner don't give a shit he don't reply to a thing on here.. do yourselfs a favor go to Starbucks no matter how busy they are they know how to run a business every time

Very slow line even when there little traffic. Coffee is often burnt. The employees clearly don't care... always new faces, high employee turnover. Management clearly doesn't care

This is by far the worst Dunkin. Every time I order a frosted coffee roll or donut they place it in the bag upside down. Every time I get it from the bag the frosting sticks to the bag and not the pastry. If I wanted an unfrosted item I would order it. The staff is always rude there too.
