Past few times I've gotten my frozen mocha coffee, it's had a lot of big chunks of ice. One day last week, I ordered a bagel and my frozen mocha. Their card machine was messing up, then I got my bagel and was told to have a good day. I drove off and never got my coffee. I sat in the drive thru for probably 10 minutes waiting for their card machine to take my money and get my bagel and coffee. It was chaos that morning so it was also my fault but usually I get my coffee...

Don't recommend the E State Street Hermitage Dunkin. ALWAYS getting coffee orders wrong & missing paid items on orders. Some coffees taste so bad they are poured down the drain. So that's money down the drain. Iced Tea is generally like water & tastes like water. Please train E State Street crews to make accurate coffee orders, learn how to brew tea properly.
