I don't understand some of the bad reviews about this place. I'm a local, go frequently to the point they basically know me and my order and have started remembering my man's order too (always a french krolller and sometimes the berry refresher for him 😄). I've only had a drink made wrong once, was bitter like it had no sweetener added but it was fixed, the young man who made it looked new so I didn't mind. Donuts are always good, but its not unusual...

For me at this location my order is always correct, and the employees are nice enough. The problem I have is that the amount of frosting on the donuts is always minimal. They have it down to a science how little frosting they can put on before people ask for more or a refund. Usually the frosting is supposed to go down to the bake line in the middle, but this Dunkin only frosts the top third. It really throws off the balance of donut to frosting.

Higher prices at this location. Employees are not super friendly. Exiting can be a major headache.
Parking: Parking is not necessarily the issue. However, the drive-thru lane is a pain. Exiting the parking lot is also difficult.
