Every other time I go the iced coffee taste like nasty bitter sour coffee . It’s so inconsistent. And to have to wait in line for 20 minutes for a coffee I can’t drink is annoying .

Worst Dunkin ever experienced. They should not have a double drive thru. When we went to pay the lady said our order 2 different times and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Got up to the next window and they had another totally different order for us. Got the right order finally and I tried it before we drove away and it was wrong. Uncalled for to have that many mistakes

Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich egg and cheese only and hash browns Had literally 3 hash browns in the order bread was never toasted sandwich cold and had bacon on it Brought me someone’s else’s order and when I brought it back in to tell them they gave me the above order and a wrap I never ordered

The food is completely inconsistent, but I was willing to let that slide. They never get an order, right. So I still let that side because I like Duncan, but this particular branch is totally incompetent I came back from the vet who told me to get a pup cup for my dog and they were refused to sell me one and refused to give me whip cream like I was a child. I spent a couple hundred dollars a year at this location and I will never be going to this location or Duncan ever again.

Used to go faithfully everyday to the Dunkin on 3560 E State St but after they consistently messed up my order, served me burnt or lukewarm coffee I drive 10 minutes out of my way to this location. This location is far superior

Have to repeat your order for them 3 times at the speaker and they still don’t get it right. Ordered a pumpkin frozen coffee, no pumpkin in it. Had to throw it away because it just tasted burnt. Ordered a Mocha iced coffee asked if I wanted it hot and then proceeded to ask what flavor it was again. Ordered a croissant and then had to repeat it again because she apparently wasn’t listening. Was 5:45 in the morning on Saturday 9/21 and only one car in front of me. Gets worse and worse every time.
Worst Dunkin drink ever. I had a mobile order that included cold foam. Had to return my drink at the window because they forgot the cold foam. Cold brew tastes like weak herbal tea. Completely undrinkable. Waste of time and $$.

Just grab a coffee, clerk was looking around for a large cup, when he did, he grabbed the inner rim of the cup with no gloves and And about 2 inches down in, then filled my cup. Absolutely Fukn disgusting.
