Don't mobile order they will just throw random half frozen food and crushed donuts you didn't even order into a bag and whatever random coffee concoction in a cup and call it your order. Not a single thing matched the receipt even the drink wirh exactly whats supposed to be in the drink and they still wont do it right. Smashed donuts very purposely smashed no way the bags are perfect and the donuts are crushed. Whoever is working morning shift on a Saturday doesn't want to be employed they aren't even trying even a little. Management doesn't answer phones even if you call 20+ times. Probably supports the lazy staff behavior if not leading the behavior. This location has so many consistent reviews similar to my experience. Ownership needs to clean house on staff before they completely lose business.

My grandkids love your donuts, but the frosting is always skimpy on the Vanilla and Chocolate frosted donuts. We wish you would add more. We have to drive 25 minutes to get to your Dunkin Donuts.

Dunkin is always hit or miss, today my coffee was perfect however the other morning when I was getting coffee in a rush before work I got 2 xlg cups of coffee and when I got to work I threw both out, they were terrible. My coffee is super complicated either xl hot coffee w unsweetened hazelnut and xra cream n sugar. Ever Dunkin I've ever been to has been but hit or miss depending on who's making it how it turns out. This particular occasion service and product were 5 stars but that's not always gonna b the case

I ordered DoorDash from here 38$ worth got nothing but the donuts and a tea didn’t get any of my food for my family I personally drove all the way there with the crap they gave us and told them that I only got my two donuts and tea and they said okay pull up. I pulled up to the second window and they were all mad screaming bye bye probably thinking I couldn’t hear them. I offered my receipt from the DoorDash order and they said no you’re good . They knew they messed up they were so rude I do not recommend this store at all. A bunch of little kids.
The drink was different than I asked for. When I noticed their error on the board I told the order taker. She said she’d fix it manually. That did not happen, however the drink was still good.

This dunkin doesn’t have double drive thru. This dunkin also makes frozen coffees that are wildly inconsistent, sometimes tastes alright, sometimes great, sometimes like WATER!

Every other time I go the iced coffee taste like nasty bitter sour coffee . It’s so inconsistent. And to have to wait in line for 20 minutes for a coffee I can’t drink is annoying .

Consistently worst Dunkin anywhere. Nothing special, med hot coffee 2 cream 1 sugar. Somehow ether forget cream or sugar completely. Pretty sure they look for the stupidest people in the valley to hire
