The place is very beautiful, I loved the decor, even the music they played was really good. The service was great. My only complaint is that the menu options disappointed me. Not many entrees sounded that good. I went with perogies, with kabasa and saurkraut. It was good at least. I had just expected better from all the reviews I had heard of the place.

My family and I just moved here from North Carolina and my mother was here visiting. We decided to try the Hickory girl off of the reviews that we had seen on Google. My husband had gotten a steak which was way overcooked. The shrimp was extremely dry. I had ordered the salmon, which was extremely dry as well. I didn’t even finish my whole meal. I was extremely disappointed because I had high hopes for this place, as I’ve heard only good things about it. My mother had gotten a cheeseburger and I will say the cheeseburger was actually pretty delicious. My 3 children ordered off of the kids meal. The food was OK in my overall opinion. Way overrated, especially for the price. They are definitely pricey, which I don’t mind if the food was worth it, this food was not worth it. What made our experience better was a waitress Ramsey. I forgot her first name, but Ramsey was the name on our receipt. She has such a great personality, super bubbly, and easy to talk to. She’s very attentive which I liked. She definitely made the experience a whole lot better and probably the only reason why I would go back and give this place another try.

Waitress brought our drinks and my glass had a large chip on the base that i almost cut my hand on! After she brought our entrees i asked for the coleslaw that never came and she acted like she didn't know what i was talking about! Waitress never smiled and was not cordial or inviting!

Tamala, is horribly inconsiderate to her surroundings. While eating I heard her talk down on her employee and it was disturbing. Food is amazing our waiter Ed was great. But you can tell the entire restaurant staff was uncomfortable in this enviroment. New leadership would do this business a great deal.

The only thing I'll say is that the bread you bring to the table is super skimpy. 1 kaiser sized roll cut into 6 wedges was ridiculous. Don't make yourselves look so cheap.
