In a hurry, I ordered two tacos to go, intending to eat them later. However, I declined the shells to avoid them becoming slimy after sitting. In retrospect, I should have ordered them save the restaurant some money. The front line Associates were friendly were fantastic to the customers at the 3362 E State Street Hermitage, Pennsylvania 16148 location. - until a female manager came out of the back confronted and belittled her associate publicly, demanding that I order a small bowl instead. I failed to comprehend the significance of ordering a bowl, as two tacos are essentially less product contained than inside of a bowl. Nevertheless, I will now order the shells and discard them, as I find this practice wasteful. I did not keep my receipt, but my bill was five dollars and some change for a smaller portion of food than in a small bowl. I am curious as to how much a small bowl cost that caused tge manager to throw a tantrum publicly.
Furthermore, I find the manager’s behavior towards her associates and myself along with the customer behind me, whom liked what I ordered and ordered the same thing. This manager Caused the customer behind me change her order to avoid being Talked down to by this manager - utterly disrespectful and inappropriate. Her demeanor and her presence is an embarrassment to your establishment. This was about 1 PM on Tuesday June 24- I have dark hair and a purple sweater. I would love for you to watch this video to see how your establishment is being represented!

The employees were rude and unprofessional they had attitudes and didn’t wanna work they messed up my order and acted like they didn’t know what to do

Never again will i go here. Yesterday me and my wife went here. And she ordered a Lil bowl and I ordered a big bowl. And we physically watched them put the same portions in both. When confronted about it. The manager stated that was not true. When me and my wife both watched it happen. Do better people. We don't want to pay more money for something we are not receiving.

Make sure you order your food the workers didn’t listen to what I wanted and seemed annoyed when having to go back to put things on. Didn’t want corn and they put it on and just ignored me. Really good food and typically pretty good just make sure you order ahead of time since it ends up somehow being cheaper too anyway.
Rude as hell. Portions where absolutely pitiful, but smothered our food in sour cream. Go to the hotheads in new castle 15 mins away. Don't support this one. I'm embarrassed for then.

I’ve been coming here for years have never been charged for extra ranch dressing in my life. It is ridiculous to charge for extra when your employee uses the end of the bottle on your item. This is the only time I’ve been unhappy with this establishment. If I see this guy here when I come again I will not come back
