The jai lai is cool! Sometimes the food is a hit and sometimes it’s not. The ingredients could be better. Sometimes the bartenders are friendly and sometimes they’re not. You gotta pick ya poison! Overall it’s a decent spot.

Never open when they have posted open hours. Trash management can't even communicate to customers via a sign on door or god forbid updating on Facebook or Google when they're closed during normal business hours. Ridiculous to be closed on a Wednesday Valentine's of all days wing Wednesday at 3pm... Lost my money and waitress tips. A very poor business model.

Our server was wonderful and was obviously working very hard, The kitchen on the other hand was a hot mess. One of the entrees came out, then 10 minutes later our appetizers, then 30 minutes later my entree finally came out and none of the food was actually hot when it came out.

I've been here 3 times..the first 2 where fine but last night I got food poisoning so bad I had to lay in the bathroom all night puking. Thank God I didn't have work today... not to mention we had to go back because they got my wife's order wrong
