This location, by far, is THE BEST sub shop/eatery in the area. All staff are exceptional professional, efficient and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile, and they pay special attention to my order. Great management and service. Friendly staff. Delicious subs. What else can you ask for? They do not change their gloves when cooking the raw chicken. I watched our chicken bacon ranch sub's being made because they weren't ready at the scheduled pick up time. The person making them used the same gloves to handle the raw meat, then proceeded to touch the bread then the cheese to put on the sandwiches. After the chicken was cooked, they touched the cooked chicken with the same gloves and put it on the bread, then got someone else's ordered started while the other person put the toppings on. Never changed their gloves. I'd like my $30 subs without salmonella, thank you. Didn't eat the sub's and asked for our money back.

I read the negative reviews and the vast majority are people who ordered online and/or experienced long wait times. The only negatives about this location are the obscenely long wait times, toppings falling into other toppings, and the lack of seating. This is a build your own sandwich restaurant! Of course if you're ordering online for an assembly line restaurant that is supposed to be a step by step process telling employees what you want on your sub, you run the risk of it being wrong.
The toppings falling into other toppings is something that happens at every Jersey Mike's so I don't fault them for that. I've never had an issue with the service here and they're very accommodating. Yes Jersey Mike's is priced very high but you're paying for a better quality sub.
This is our first time being here. I asked for no cheese on my sub, easy right? Nope. I ordered online and had to stand there for 15 min while I was ignored by 6 staff members. We paid 31$ for 3 regular subs that had no meat on it and soggie bread. Do not recommend for the quality or price.

Just purchased mushroom sub (hot) and it was soaked in oil of some kind making the bun very soggy. Asked for extra green peppers, did not get extra. Too many mushrooms and onions—would be so much better to choose reg, light, extra for each topping rather than tossing out half a sandwich that cost nearly 10 bucks. Will not order this “vegetarian” option again, since the fat content is out of hand. Emily
