Stopped in to pick up some of the Mike's hot honey sandwiches. Order at the kiosk and 5 minutes later I'm informed they no longer offer the Mike's hot Honey. No big deal, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund.
Takes a few minutes to figure out how to handle it, I insert my card and they walk away. Nobody ever comes back to provide a receipt or even bother to let me know the refund has been completed. Won't be back to this location.

I took my son here for dinner a couple nights ago. We went inside and ordered. When I got my food, the gravy had chunks in it. I went to the counter and asked why it was chunky. The women just looks at me and said “I have no idea. It happens sometimes” and then walked away. My son and I went to sit down but ALL of the tables were dirty. We wiped one down with a napkin and sat down. As I sat there I looked around. The floor was COVERED in food and trash. Everything was disgusting. We didn’t finish out and left.

Placed an online order for pickup. Went inside and it was chaos. Two folks in line were complaining about their orders. About ten minutes past the promised time my order was ready. When the cashier handed me my bag I knew it was wrong immediately. Firstly they didn't have any of the drinks with the order. The cashier looked at the receipt went over and brought back three drinks. There were four on the receipt. Took another minute to explain that she was still missing a drink. Got that settled and went over to an open table to check my order before leaving. Missing two sandwiches, a pot pie and fries. Went back to the counter and the cashier had no clue what to do. An older employee in the kitchen pulled my order up and found the missing items. Got everything home to eat and my tenders tasted like they were leftover from lunch time. We won't be back any time soon.

We put in an online order because we were in a rush to get to a family members house but yet still ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food and then once we got our food we took some out so we could eat and my chicken sandwich had a hair in it literally wrapped around the chicken I puked in the parking lot absolutely disgusting then at that point we just ended up throwing out the food because we were all disgusted and yet they need all the food back to give a refund so hilarious y’all really need to clean yourself up 1 everyone should have their hair up and tight 2 if not wear a hairnet because it’s so unsanitary 3 it shouldn’t take 45 min to get an online order out with 8 people working behind the counter and most of the orders that were being waited on were online 3 people stood around looking at thin air 🤮 safe to say we’re never eating there again I sure hope someone cleans this place up

I went to this establishment this evening at the drive thru and asked for a 3 piece drumstick original with 2 sides of coleslaw. I paid then a girl comes and tells me they have no original and that I could get crispy. I told her that I don’t eat that and she turned her back as I was going to ask her another question and she closed the window on me and walked away talking to coworker appearing to be irritated with me. The other worker did offer my refund after telling me it would take 25 minutes for me to get the drumsticks. I took the refund and went down the road to Donofrios and got the drumsticks that were less expensive and anyone who wants good chicken should try Donofrios!

Ordered 1 chicken breast, 2 legs...charged me $11.00---got home, there were 2 BURDNT chicken legs the size of wing drums and 2 biscuits in the box!! Took it back for a refund. After she gave me my $11 back, I asked her why they wouldn't check the order and why they would serve BURDNT food...she slammed the sliding door at the drive thru in my face. Drove to Popeye's got the same order for $5.30 and it wasn't BURDNT and they were full size chicken legs not wing drums!!NEVER AGAIN

The crispy chicken was so over cooked and hard, it wasn’t edible. Went back to counter with food and asked if perhaps I could a couple of original strips,nope. Went back to service asking for a lid to take Cole slaw home. A staff walked by glaring at me and continued to give me dirty looks. The girl waiting on me appeared to be the manager and I questioned why I was being given dirty looks and was told to leave. My wife and I were in disbelief and will never patronize KFC again. Grew up loving KFC!

I don't know if they've changed the recipe or if this was an anomaly but the flavor was NOT there at all! I've had KFC for over fifty years and I know the "eleven herbs and spices" taste but this was Bad. It didn't even rival gas station chicken, and I'm not kidding. The coleslaw was good, the fries were a little stale. They used to undercook the chicken at this Hermitage KFC, now it's no flavor. Thumbs way down.
