Literally went there when no one was there and tried to order 2 8 piece and was told it was gonna be an hour wait when it takes less then 30 mins to cook the chicken get real. I went to Popeyes and got my chicken right away! Guess ill just skip kfc from now on.

The last two times I have bought from them the chicken was terrible. The first time was the chicken tenders, they were grisly. Including the tenders in the famous bowl. Last night we got a bucket of chicken and it was not edible. I literally had to throw it away and order pizza.

This location seems to have lost the good staff they previously had and replaced them with folks who clearly aren't paid enough to care about their customers. All of my orders from the last few months have either had missing or wrong items.

The app often doesn't work for ordering, so you end up getting charged extra for some specials when ordering in-person, and the staff is either powerless or doesn't care enough to make it right.

Looking at recent reviews, it's clear no one from KFC cares enough to review these based on the lack of responses. (Maybe I'll get a response for calling that out?)

There are many alternative options with great staff in the area that I'll stick with from now on.

Sadly went down hill after COVID and never came back. Terrible customer service and the food it's rarely fresh. I got the chicken strips last time I went here and what a disgrace. They do know Popeyes is rite down the street rite? My chicken was cold and not crunchy at all. It's a sad Day.

So my aunt and I came here around 9:30 to get some chicken. My Aunt already had a coupon she wanted to use. And the lady who was at the cashier was giving us attitude. It was a 14 piece meal with 14 extra crispy chicken and she didn't want to make the extra crispy so she's asked if it would be okay if we could just put some regular in there. My aunt requested if it would be okay if we had the crispy and she said yeah but it would take another 30 minutes. Clearly she didn't want to do it. The thing is, it's only 9:15 and they don't close until 10:30. All I'm saying is, it doesn't matter what time it is, if it's before 10:30, you're still open and you're still supposed to do your job. Plus, I just didn't like that girl's attitude. She wasn't kind at all and she just wanted us to leave. She kept making excuses saying they lock the door at 9:30. Now, in reasonableness, I will admit I'm sure they do just want to go home but still give us our food and then we will be out of your hair. It's that simple.

I came here with my family on 6/5/25, around 8:30pm…There were two girls working. Gosh, were they rude. Not only that, but they neglected to inform us that the ice machine wasn’t working, when they knew it wasn’t working. The drinks were badly watered down, as well.

Came here despite warnings of bad service from my girlfriend, but I’m glad I at least didn’t order online. If I had, they may have messed up my order more than they did. I love telling them the items I’d like, and they confirm this, and then don’t give me it.

They forget shit constantly. I previously rated it 1 star for a bad experience but have it time. Constantly messing up my order. Forgetting small stuff like sides or sauces all the time.

Stopped in to pick up some of the Mike's hot honey sandwiches. Order at the kiosk and 5 minutes later I'm informed they no longer offer the Mike's hot Honey. No big deal, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund.

Takes a few minutes to figure out how to handle it, I insert my card and they walk away. Nobody ever comes back to provide a receipt or even bother to let me know the refund has been completed. Won't be back to this location.

I took my son here for dinner a couple nights ago. We went inside and ordered. When I got my food, the gravy had chunks in it. I went to the counter and asked why it was chunky. The women just looks at me and said “I have no idea. It happens sometimes” and then walked away. My son and I went to sit down but ALL of the tables were dirty. We wiped one down with a napkin and sat down. As I sat there I looked around. The floor was COVERED in food and trash. Everything was disgusting. We didn’t finish out and left.
