Horrible. I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza, I was given a regular stuffed crust pizza, they argued with me about the pizza saying it was a pretzel crust and refused to fix it. I’ve ordered the pizza crust before and it looked like the photo online and tasted differently. They’re lazy and arrogant.

I know their prices are unbeatable when it comes to a pinch or especially when you need it quick but this store needs to update their hours. Everytime I go there it's closed but their hours are posted closing at 10. I've been there several times at 8 and they had the doors locked or just simply refused to take an order.

Have picked up hot and ready in Meadville dozens of times,never a problem. St9pped in Hermitage and it was bearly edible when we got to Brookfield. Had to throw one away it was so hard.

Your staff is awful. The messed up my order severel times. Never asked to fix it. And this is not the only time. Also found a cutter one year in my pizza. I know you like young workers but they need to learn take basic orders.
