Terrible experience, I do not recommend going here. I was told my credit card did not go through, even after showing the employee that it had. I was forced to stand at the counter and wait until they figured it out at which time my food was cold and I was unable to eat it. Manager was nice and apologized but never offered me hot food. I will never be back.

I worked at a Long John Silver's in NY for 6 years when I was younger, so I am very particular on the freshness of the food. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Everything was cooked fresh to order and tasted delicious, exactly how I remembered it.

It’s fast food fish I don’t know what people expect. Also the girls that work here really put up with cruddy customers. I was in here for 30 minutes and two big burly guys complained about literally everything. I would have thrown tartar sauce at them, but hey that’s just me. lol.

The food is never bad, but my order is often wrong, and it really seems like the employees have no idea what is going on. There were two customers in the store (including myself) and when I ordered they told me it would take about 5 min to get my food. It took 20 minutes with nothing going on.

This place is doomed. The drive thru is closed. There is no indication they are looking to do anything but close in the near future. The food and workers are great but the building is in shambles. A damn shame. It looks as if they gave up on hiring any help too. I swear there is 2 people working here tops.

Walked into order, as their drive through window has been closed for years. Ordered a chicken/fish dinner with an extra piece of fish. They forgot to add the extra piece of fish. This also happened last year when visiting the area. When I called and asked to speak with the manager, he just took my info. Disappointed that he was not more friendly and apologetic. We do like the fish, would recommend the food but check your order before driving away. They did change their fries to waffle fries, we both prefer the old style.

The food was great and the customer service was really top notch, but I feel so bad for these employees. The building looks the same as it did in the 90s, and whoever owns it is not keeping up the property. The staff made sure it was clean, but it still looked like a complete dump. Even the counters were taped together in places. If you own this business, you seriously need to spend some time and money on this building if you want this business to survive. I wouldn't even want to work there, let alone eat there. We always get our food to go.

I do like the food. However prices are insane. I love the chicken there and I don't live close to a LJS so it's a treat a few times a year. I had her get 10 pieces of chicken and I make my own sides. It was $28 and some change. Are you kidding me. I did the math it was 2.86 per piece of chicken. I will not be doing that again.

Food was not good at all and not worth the time it took us to park and go inside to order because for some unknown reason the drive thru is no longer accessible anymore. So just save your time and money and go elsewhere.
