No handicap parking. Lack of well-defined entrance/exit. They could spruce up this location a bit more. It seems to be in a good shopping area. Not very disabled person accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Sort of, but not fully ADA compliant.

The food is always amazing. The restaurant could use some repair.
I can't rate the restaurant on their food.. because after waiting after 25 minutes for my food I asked for a refund and left. I guess they took the fast out of fast food. I went next door to KFC and had my hot food within a minute of ordering.

This is a nice LJS restaurant and the fish was very good. Hot and crispy breading with flakey,juicy fish.

It’s 12-19-23 I’ve waited for my food for over 30mins with multiple people waiting for food. I’ve asked how much longer and they said it will be out shortly with by then it’s almost 40mins it’s ridiculous how poor the service was. I was ready to go back and do it myself. Just to feed all the other customers in the building with wasn’t many!!! Very disappointed in the experience in the hermitage PA long John silvers! Hope cooperation will read these to help fix the problem. Candice was manager and no where to be found.
