Ordered curbside pickup to start. After 10 mins called the number on there sign and that went to some answering service. Found the number online for the store, they said it was coming and that it was taking so long because I got a small fry with no salt and hung up on me. When the food finally came out the cheeseburger I ordered was burnt and cold. I took it back in and was asked what do you want me to do with it, thats what they always look like when there cooked. I had them remake it and it was burnt and dry. My son couldn't eat it at all. I ended up throwing it away and going somewhere else to get him food. Over all I don't recommend this mcdonalds at all. They have poor customer service and have no idea how to cook food properly for special orders.

Ordered a couple Sausage McMuffins and while it was fast, the sausage and cheese were ice cold and the sausage was dark and hard. Absolutely disgusting. I know it’s fast food but for as expensive as it’s gotten just stop giving money for this kind of quality.

Clearly not expecting a 5 star meal but food that was edible would have been nice. Bun to my sandwich was so hard I couldn't even eat it, dining area was filthy (again it's McDonald's so I wasn't expecting much) rather than clean it up during downtime, staff chose to sit at a table and play on their phones shouting obscenities instead. Watched a worker sell drugs from behind the counter....I don't expect much from fast food joints but this...this experience takes the cake. Will not return.

So a few issues. I got a large order. So they skimped on the fries. I probably got a medium size amount of fries. The fries tasted like they had been sitting under the light for a while. And when we got home they were cold. I live 5 minutes away. My burger was dry as hell. There was the smallest amount of ketchup and mustard. I only knew it was there because I saw it on the top bun when I opened it up. And at first I only saw the ketchup. There was mustard. I found it on the outer edge of the burger. Barely any there. Honestly I was hungry when I got there. But my stomach couldn't handle how dry it was.

The people that work at this McDonald's are always so nice & have great attitudes. That's not easy to accomplish in fast food, but they do. I never have a bad experience here & I hope they get commended for their hard with with great attitudes.

Ordered a McRib on the app and when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order they said they did not have any. Usually if a restaurant does not have an item it would tell me on the app and will not let me order so I am not sure if they were actually out or workers are just lazy. Just an inconvenience….
