They got our order wrong and forgot part of our oder. The restaurant inside was dirty. Tables and floors were not wiped down or swept.

I never have written a negative review. Food slat this location is as any American McDonald but service is horrible. Staff seems to be constantly annoyed with customers , they ignore you even when they see you ( and make eye contact) at the counter. The wait time for food is loooong.

I waited a good 10 minutes at the speaker for my order to be taken because I had a decent sized order. Fast forward to - I got my items. Pulled around and checked them out bc they're ALWAYS getting something wrong. Realized I am missing a fry. So instead of going back through the line that was getting long I decided to drag my toddler inside to let them know what I was missing. It took them another good 10 minutes or so for someone to finally come to the counter. Needless to say, the guy that was at the counter thought everything was funny and acted as if he didn't know what other customers were talking about. He also stood in the kitchen doing nothing and kept looking at me KNOWING that I needed assistance. Overall, I'm not too happy. ?

So it's a really big coin flip on the quality of the food, and temperature. But I usually grab stuff for my night shift and often deal with Sean who works the register. Outside of some glaring issues with wait times and food quality I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Sean because he's always super friendly and understanding. Great worker.

Got a large order of fries around noon for $4.45. They were cold. No salt or ketchup with order (drive through). Service was good though.
I don’t understand what is so hard about taking some ones order, reading a screen that tells you everything about that persons order including customizations, and filling it correctly based on that. These screens spell everything out to you, I know because I have worked fast food and even worked at a McDonald’s before. How can you not read what someone ordered and fulfill the order that you ever so happily took their money for? It amazes me how willingly negligent people can be over things that are sooooooooo simple. How do you take an order for nuggets and fries and then completely forget to supply fries and only supply nuggets and better yet, refuse to fix your mistake and simply say “sorry nothing we can do”? That’s one of the simplest things someone can order from McDonald’s… what a joke.

Food was over cooked, we ordered and parked in our spot waited 25 minutes for our food I tried to call the restaurant no one answered I went in no one talked to me my food was just sitting there no one was bringing it out I tried to get someone's attention to see if was all there no even paid attention it had the sticker to bring it out to us but no one did

First the food is junk. They gave my sons a 9 pc instead of a 10 pc.I asked for no mustard they put just ketchup and then when I brought it back they gave me a double cheeseburger???HOWEVER,Theresa was in the front and she made it all worth while. Very kind. So, because of her- I’ll come back!

We ordered on the kiosk, did not get a receipt. Waited at the counter for our food. The wait for our order (2 Happy Meals, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries and 2 sweet teas) was over 20 minutes!!!! So much for "fast food"! Next time we will go to Eat &
