I went here and it was pretty decent. I ordered macaroni and cheese. It was prepared really hot (borderline too hot), and tasted good. However, the price is a killer, everything here is super expensive, and you have to wait forever to get your order. I walked in and had my order taken (it took about 4 and half minutes), and I had to wait 28 minutes for ONE order of Mac n cheese! That is ridiculous. I plan to go in sometime I. The next week or two and see if there is any difference in speed or if this is truly the speed they work at...

The staff at this restaurant in Hermitage is so incompetent they can’t even tie the end of a loaf of bread. This is a second time I’ve had it happen when I went to take it out. The bag at half of it fell on the floor cause their employees are too stupid to properly tie a bag. Call the store talk to the manager said I want to bring it back she goes. I’m sorry I can’t do anything about it since it didn’t happen here of course it didn’t happen there it happened when I got home. I will be calling your corporate office to further discuss your incompetence at how to treat customers.

Drive through order picked up, window person handed me salad dressing that had a hole in it was all over my car and door panel. Itailian Salad was horrible hardly no meats at all lots lettuce

Dirty tables everywhere. Carpet not vacuumed. My supposed washed/clean fork and butter knife still had food on them!! There were no baguettes, so they gave us chips. Booooo! The men's restroom had NO paper towels.
It is ALWAYS this way!! Corporate needs to step in because this is BS. If the dining area appearance is nasty, I can BET the kitchen is NO better!!!
My order is always right, but be prepared to waste your whole lunch break in the drive thru line. The slowest drive thru ever.

Before I left i told an older woman manager? that the tables were all dirty (for a hour) and the bathroom needed paper towels. Didnt seem concerned. Few employees standing around that could have cleaned them. Won't go back

I ordered a bowl of soup that comes with a chunk of sourdough baguette bread. I did not receive the bread. When I asked for it I was told, "we ran out." I asked for a slice of any bread available to replace it and was told, "we can't do that." They have sliced bread they use to make sandwiches. I don't understand why, at a place known for bread, I couldn't get a slice of bread to replace what was supposed to be included with the soup. Sign me: Disgruntled customer
