Dirty tables everywhere. Carpet not vacuumed. My supposed washed/clean fork and butter knife still had food on them!! There were no baguettes, so they gave us chips. Booooo! The men's restroom had NO paper towels.
It is ALWAYS this way!! Corporate needs to step in because this is BS. If the dining area appearance is nasty, I can BET the kitchen is NO better!!!

Before I left i told an older woman manager? that the tables were all dirty (for a hour) and the bathroom needed paper towels. Didnt seem concerned. Few employees standing around that could have cleaned them. Won't go back

I ordered a bowl of soup that comes with a chunk of sourdough baguette bread. I did not receive the bread. When I asked for it I was told, "we ran out." I asked for a slice of any bread available to replace it and was told, "we can't do that." They have sliced bread they use to make sandwiches. I don't understand why, at a place known for bread, I couldn't get a slice of bread to replace what was supposed to be included with the soup. Sign me: Disgruntled customer

Used to be so good. It's gotten very expensive and the food quality has declined. Today I got the potato soup. It was sooo salty, had barely any potatoes and was basically a bowl of thick, cheesy slime. I keep coming back but this was probably the last attempt for me.

Haven't eaten here in about 10 years and now I remember why. My bbq chicken sandwich was more like bread with a chicken spread then a sandwich. Look at my sandwich and the one they advertise. COMPLETELY PATHETIC!!!!!!

Ordered on mobile app to pick up in Hermitage. Didn't realize in the customization the plus sign actually removed what I thought I was adding. So I received 2 pieces of bread, nothing on it, for the price of an actual sandwich. I called and the manager on duty at 5pm 12/07/24 was rude and wouldn't let me bring my 2 pieces of bread back to actually make the sandwich I wanted. She said it was my error. I called corporate and spoke with Carlos who was very professional and will take care of everything!
It was cold and rainy out around 5 o’clock, so I decided to have some soup and a sandwich upon entering the environment was welcoming in the gentleman behind the counter. I believe his name is Owen. Upon grabbing my drink cup and receipt Owen Thanked me for my business. I’m not used to that type of Great customer service from someone so young. Owen is definitely a keeper.

Normally I love the food here. We usually eat here during the day. Tonight we decided to get panara for dinner we ordered Two sandwiches to bring home. Neither sandwich had all of the components. So I called the store informed them of the sandwiches I paid full price for but that had been made missing stuff. The young lady who i first spoke to was extremely polite. She informed me shed get her mamager. The manager had a rude bitter attitude that left me feeling angry. She had terrible customer service skills. Maybe they should offer the first ypung lady her position. They offered us replacement sandwiches next time we came but I'm not sure I'd like to interact with someone like that again.
