I went here and it was pretty decent. I ordered macaroni and cheese. It was prepared really hot (borderline too hot), and tasted good. However, the price is a killer, everything here is super expensive, and you have to wait forever to get your order. I walked in and had my order taken (it took about 4 and half minutes), and I had to wait 28 minutes for ONE order of Mac n cheese! That is ridiculous. I plan to go in sometime I. The next week or two and see if there is any difference...
Dirty tables everywhere when we came in. We cleaned off a table so we could sit down. No paper towels in the bathroom. Before I left i told an older woman manager? that the tables were all dirty (for a hour) and the bathroom needed paper towels. Didnt seem concerned. Few employees standing around that could have cleaned them. Won't go back
It was cold and rainy out around 5 o’clock, so I decided to have some soup and a sandwich upon entering the environment was welcoming in the gentleman behind the counter. I believe his name is Owen. Upon grabbing my drink cup and receipt Owen Thanked me for my business. I’m not used to that type of Great customer service from someone so young. Owen is definitely a keeper.
