Dirty tables everywhere when we came in. We cleaned off a table so we could sit down. No paper towels in the bathroom. Before I left i told an older woman manager? that the tables were all dirty (for a hour) and the bathroom needed paper towels. Didnt seem concerned. Few employees standing around that could have cleaned them. Won't go back
It was cold and rainy out around 5 o’clock, so I decided to have some soup and a sandwich upon entering the environment was welcoming in the gentleman behind the counter. I believe his name is Owen. Upon grabbing my drink cup and receipt Owen Thanked me for my business. I’m not used to that type of Great customer service from someone so young. Owen is definitely a keeper.
Great food! Ordered to go, on my lunch break and my food was waiting for me. Unfortunately I wanted to get a few more bakery items but had to wait until one of the many employees saw me waiting, which was the general manager; other than that, they’re great!
