Ordered food I called right after and asked them to please mark what pizza had what i explained we have very small kids and I needed the boxes marked the lady told me she would tell the cook I got there and asked if he marked them she told me she does not know if he did he's a new cook well he did not and I got told it's because they have a new cook I call it a lazy cook I will be calling and reporting this sad people work in places like this and do the least they want at least put some good effort into this job

The manager that runs the place is totally AWESOME! Very friendly treats you like family. Everything we come up to Sharon Pa we stop there! Everything is very delicious and fresh!!

Food was actually good. However, I expect to be told upfront that once you place an Uber ordered, you can't cancel. For some reason Uber switched from my local store, to this one. Instead I was told to call Uber to cancel. I called Uber, who then called them and was told that the system would not let them cancel. So I wasted 30 minutes plus, had they simply told me to come and get the order because they could not cancel.

Walked in at 830 on a friday night and she said dining room was closed. My boy loves the wings here. This place has gone down hill. We use to be regulars here and now no more. Were done here.

Well, tasted like a cracker with cheese and a bunch of seasoning. Though it may appear moist, it in fact, was extremely dry and hard... Much like a cracker. 😞

First time went to eat here it was so cold in the building my pizzas came out cold and I froze and had to walk out side to get warm!!! So called it in, And was give a credit, And was told I could get take out or return to dining in by the district manager..So I returned to dine in And ordered my Food when finished I waited 25min for a box and 30 min for my check. I watched 2 couples and 2 young males walk out from no service. When I told them about the credit I didn't get my full credit and the manager would not even talk to me about it and I had to pay for half the bill!! As I was paying the bill the waitress was being rude and moving her hand in front of my face basically telling me to be away with yourself... As I was leaving a lady came in to the store with a pizza that was delivered that was upside down, This is some kind of romper room for a resteraunt!! The rest rooms were dirty no tp nothing to dry your hands with...No sweet Tea This would be a good place to have a real pizza hut with real educated workers!

You need to hire a new manager and waitress at this store. The first time we went in the food was horrible. Couldn't hear the waitress. The place was so cold within 5 minutes the food was cold. Turned them in. Received a credit and was asked to dining in again. We did. Waitress spent more time in the bathroom and in the back then out front. Didn't even ask if we needed anything or how everything was. Had to go behind the counter to get her attention for the to go box and bill. The manager refused to give us our credit and made us pay half the bill. He couldn't deal with the problem himself had the waitress do it . Other people had to wait too. A couple guys at a table got up and left. She never went to them .
If you pry the phone away from the waitress you can get your food and it only took two attempts to get it right!

Worst pizza I've had in a long time. I don't even think they sell deep dish. Every time I order it I still get the standard frozen crust. The sauce always tastes old.
