Ordered briar hill pizza. That is sauce, bell peppers and Romano cheese. I got a pizza with a sauce that tasted like tomato paste and they sprinkled a large amount of dried oregano, basil. No bell peppers or Romano cheese. Worst pizza I have ever got from tic toc. He said we only put peppers on if you ask for them! Never again!

Very chill spot. The ladies at the register are super nice and sweet. And so are the people on the pizza side making this amazing food. I must say this spot has the best Wings in the area. Always crispy; amazing flavors and the price point is very reasonable. The pizza is here is great! The only small recommendation would be if the pizza crust was a bit more greasier. I love that pan/deep dish style where the crust is nice and greasy. So delicious. Not only do I like the potato wedges called Joes but so does my pup!

Love there food but really not a fan of where it's located at. They get crazy busy with other customers and sometimes the line is long to pickup due to the convenience store.
Great food and friendly people, if the location had a separate pickup section it would be 5 stars!
Vegetarian options: Anything can be ordered without meat but if you are restricting dairy not the place to go. If you don't try their veggie pizza, it's great!

This was our first time at the Hermitage location, and it was disappointing. I've been to other locations, and the food was better. Pizza Joes has gotten pricey, so the food should always be good. Our pepperoni pizza was a little soggy in the middle. The cinnamon sticks were completely burnt on one side. They should not have been served to anyone. If you order here, I recommend opening your boxes for a quality check before leaving, I wish we did. The store setup is confusing, to say the least. It is combined with a convenient store. When you walk in, there's ready made slices, pepperoni rolls, etc. We gave the name for our order, and the guy, with an attitude, said we needed to go in the back for that. We did and wanted to add pepperoni rolls, and we were told to go to the front of the store for that?? So we went back to that counter, which irritated Mr. Unprofessional even more. He not only didn't like customers but seemed to dislike the Pizza Joes employees too. He made a comment about one of the employees' weight and proceeded to mumble under his breath. Very rude! Seeing a grown "man" behave that way was ridiculous. I won't return to this location.

I love the cook here! And the cashier also! I wish I had gotten their names but I'm sure I'll be leaving another one soon. We had just moved up here from Pittsburgh and this is by far the best pizza in town and it's now going to be our regular place to go. Thank you guys for making our night a better one. The pizza was delicious but a tad pricey. About $11 for a 10 in. (6 small but thick slices) with 2 toppings. I never would have guessed that a pizza shop located inside of a BP would be so tasty but it definitely was. The woman who rang us up was super friendly and has a great name. Her name is Ronda. ?
