Ordered a pizza last night , on fb says they’re open until 9pm show up at 8:23 and all the lights are off nobody around and they couldn’t even call to see if we were on the way to get the pizza . The manager is very ignorant also . Definitely don’t recommend

I did not even get the ability to try the food here customer service was terrible. Called 4-5 times the hours of the store claim to be open but the open sign was turned off and there was 2 employees in the store i watched purposely stand at front counter no one in sight and not answer the call eventually on my last attempt calling someone answered with a terrible attitude and everything from this experience told me not to even order. Very disappointed need to hire better staff.

Fine pizza but the owner closes early almost every day, refuses to answer phones. Very rude in person as well, honestly as if he thinks hes a hotshot for owning this dump

We used to go to Plaza Pizza in the early 80s. 4 of us would order a large tray, wait impatiently in our car for it and then burn our face off with the first slice straight out of the oven. The whole thing would be gone in no time. I than went 40+ years without it, but finally made it back to Hermitage and relived my youth. Memories.... And to everyone complaining about the rude guy... If you're so soft you can't handle the pizza Nazi,I feel bad for you. He's the best.. It's a tough business. He's been nothing but nice 9 out of 10 times to me... I laughed off the one bad time and thought of Seinfeld.

Plaza pizza has the best pizza around. We love their sauce. I recommend a full sheet if you have a large family. Just make sure you order it with extra cheese.

Almost all persons behind the counter are friendly and great. One older, thin man there is rude and if I see him at counter, I won't go in.

Terrible service the guy in there yelling at the top of his lungs to me. I payed for it with a card after that he threw it across the counter to me never coming back here again.
I called to place my order told him I wanted the cheese sticks he said rudely “don’t have any” then just said your pizza will be ready in 30 mins and hung up. As soon as I walked in to pick up my pizza the same guy I talked to on the phone starts yelling to me at the top of his lungs. I go to pay with a card he practically rips it out of my hand for him to swipe it then he threw it to me and it slid across the counter never coming back ever again.

We have been eating plaza our entire life never had a complaint. Unfortunately who ever is in charge now NEVER answers the phone or they do an say they aren't excepting anymore orders bc they're so busy. Unprofessional for sure! Its 730 PM and NO ONE IS ANSWERING AGAIN!
