We visited the Hermitage location with my father who is in a wheelchair. Accessibility was easy! The food was hot! We had the crabby mushroom appetizer and and the crab queso, both were great. We all ordered the fish and chips, again very hot and delicious! The waitress was attentive. This is prob the best red lobster dinner we have had In a while and we frequent this chain every three or four months.

Our waitress Jennifer was so nice. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and she made us an ice cream dessert and wrote Happy Anniversary with chocolate syrup on the plate and made a little lobster out of a strawberry. Thank you so much for your kindness

I haven't been in a Red Lobster in 15 years or more, but I have been seeing the boils everywhere and thought I'd give it a try. I am sure glad that I did. Not only was it nostalgic but it hit on every positive! Great food, amazing service. Pricing was reasonable and I loved the new happy hour! This spot will now be in my rotation. Well done!!

This Red Lobster is well run by its managers. It is always clean, servers are excellent and we never had a bad meal in the five years we have eaten there. Kelly R did a great job serving us just as Jessica always did! Check out their different delicious specials.
It’s so unfortunate how downhill this place has gone. Our daughter got the shrimp Alfredo and I’ve never seen anything dryer. There’s was like one spoonful of Alfredo on it. I got crab legs, 4 of them had absolutely no meat in them. How do you get away with charging someone 48$ for empty shells?? Never again!!

Our server Kiera was attentive and super friendly. The manager, Rob, was charming and welcoming. The entire atmosphere was warm and embracing and I can't wait to come back!
