Was absolutely terrible. Couldn't understand them, was confused on how to properly make the food, the food was a mess, the place was filthy. Disgusting, nothing was clean, the floor, counters, all of it was nasty. I don't recommend!!!

Great store all around just don’t go to the subway. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had I was made to feel really small, lady was very rude. She was yelling at her coworker and was very disrespectful to him, I will never go back to that subway as long as she works there. The guy working with her deserves a pay raise as long as he has to deal with her. I get it people have bad days, but you don’t have to take it out on your employees or your customers. I do not recommend going to the subway I’m surprised it’s even still open. She literally threw our sandwiches together. As she was pissed to have to make a sandwich for me. She even told me that I can go away and come back after 15-20 minutes. The subs were terrible and cold. Trust me do not go with this lady being there. I was there today 9-30-2025 at 10:45. I guess respect is out the door now a days even to a navy veteran and a fire fighter of the area. Place was gross as well.

I've gone to this location a few times on my way out of Walmart. Around 10-15mins before 9pm and each time they refuse me service saying they are closed. Why say you are open until 9pm but close to customers 15 mins early. Customers may want to order on their way home from shopping and not carry their food through Walmart. What's 15 more mins of service hurting you?

Ordered online which according to their promotion would've cost $6.99. My order was charged the full $12 and the bottle of Sprite was a fountain drink, not actual product advertised. They messed the order up, leaving a topping off, and the bread was so hard it crumbled into a bunch of crumbs on both ends. Instead of apologizing for their errors they tried to blame me. How I could've ruined a sandwich I was not in the presence being made I don't know. They talked over me and cut me off repeatedly going over the order and the many mistakes they made with it. Do yourself a favor and SKIP this particular Subway in Walmart on N Hermitage Rd.

They show that they are open until 9:30 on the website I get there at 9:05 because it's right across the street from where I work and they tell me they are close and it wasn't due to being understaffed couldn't even get a sandwich to go very unprofessional and the place doesn't even accept
Love the owners, they do a great job, but I've ordered online a few times now and have finally learned my lesson. If you're not watching them make the sandwich in person you're going to get garbage bread and terrible quality.Just had to throw out a whole footlong because of burned bread and salvage some of the toppings to make my own sandwich.

Their subs and stuff are very delicious and they have all kinds of different subs to choose from. The one down side is they stopped using regular Italian dressing. They use some kind of homemade subway sauce or something. I don't like it and wish they would get regular Italian dressing.
Vegetarian options: They have a variety of different subs you can get without any kind of meat and plenty of different types of bread.
Kid-friendliness: They have kids size smaller sub's if you have a young child that doesn't eat a lot
