As an AVID Taco Bell goer I’m sincerely and utterly disappointed by their lack of ability to create the most common and delicious delicacy of a Taco Bell. Unfortunately it was burnt AND uncut. 2025 is off to a bad start.

Be prepared to only get a fraction of what you ordered and paid for. I’m not one to typically complain but the last couple times I’ve gone here I have been missing at least 1-2 items i ordered and paid for. This time I ordered 6 items only got 4 and the cups of cheese were only a quarter of the way filled. If I go back I will definitely be checking my bag very thoroughly before leaving the drive through window. (So apologies to anyone ever behind me while I waste everyone’s time to double check to see if they completed a simple task)

Every time I order a taco supreme at this location, it's missing the tomato and sour cream. I paid extra for that!!!!

I want to preface this review by saying I am a frequent flyer at Taco Bell, and this one specifically. I have had mostly positive experiences here, or at the very least tolerable. But especially recently, I have had incredibly negative experiences and today was the final straw. I usually order on the mobile app to pick up through the drive through, and today no matter what I did it just would not let me. I figured it was just a malfunction in the app so my boyfriend and I were just going to go in- the listed hours online and on the door are 8am. We got there at 9am and the door was locked. We stood there for a minute and went back to the car, and as we sat down we saw an employee walking to the bathroom presumably playing on her phone. Just absolutely unacceptable. I’ve opened by myself before in fast food- it sucks, but you are getting paid to do a job at a certain time and the store should be open. I could understand if we were there right at 8, but an hour after supposedly opening? This really made all of the things that have gone wrong recently stick out like a sore thumb. Forgetting drinks, messing up simple order changes I make IN THE APP so there is no way to miscommunicate, waiting 30+ minutes for an order when we decided to eat inside when there were no other customers… Yeah. I held off writing a review for a while because I know how this can affect things as someone who used to work in fast food but the behavior and product we’ve been getting is just unacceptable. Definitely will not be coming back. I would give 0 stars if I could, but the one star can be for (who I am assuming is) the manager, who is always extremely pleasant and we always get our order right and quickly when she’s there.

Part of our order was missing. Phoned restaurant. Had to drive back to Hermitage Taco Bell, go inside w/receipt & get paid items that were missing on order. Staff was nice but neither employee or Manager Apologized for error of missing food items. Street Tacos were HORRIBLE; greasy, had a strand of chicken - threw away. Waste of money & waste of time & gas getting missing food from order. Very disappointing not even Manager Apologized for error.
