Visited this place several times in last 2 weeks with service & food quality sufficient with a fast food establishment. Order a Crunch Wrap w/Chicken with very minimal portion within the Crunch Wrap that wasn't inline with normal experiences. Very dirty dining room with overflowing garbage cans as well as very dirty drink station.
My observation is that the restaurant was understaffed & Drive Thru was very busy, diminishing the quality of service both with Food & Service. Poor Management to say the least. I will not return.

I don’t know how they do things differently here, but this Taco Bell is great. If you need a quick bite or are having that Taco Bell craving, this is the only one in the area to go to.

Of the Taco Bells in the area, this one is by far the best. It seems that the manager does a great job of building a team, so we’re always greeted by a warm staff, well built food, and a clean facility. Heads and shoulders better than most other Taco Bells in the area.

This particular Taco Bell is one of the better ones the food is always fresh. The service is fast, and the employees are friendly. The only problem I have with Taco Bell now is a combo with two tacos and a medium drink it's like $12 and some change after tax I realize there is inflation right now, but two tacos in a medium drink is nowhere near worth $12
Kiosk ordering has now consumed another of my favorite fast food places. TB has blindly followed McDonald's down the dark path of NO service and incorrect orders. They both need to take lessons from Culvers and In N Out where service still exists and a customer doesn't have to learn a new ordeing system each time they visit. Bye bye TB and McD. The past 50 years have been great...but no more.

They gave us soft tacos with lettuce that we specifically ask for no lettuce and they even read the order back and said no lettuce

Waited for 5 minutes for someone to take my order, was forced to use the kiosk. Another 5 minute wait and I got my food. Then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my fiancé's food. They took care of at least ten cars that came after us in the drive-thru My quesadilla was wet and slimy and not crispy at all, and they forgot the cheese for my girlfriends nachos. Don't recommend.
