Cantina chicken quesadilla came with a completely soggy tortilla, unmelted cheese on both the outside and inside, and not the slight crisp and pressed cheese it usually has. This quesadilla feels limp

I used to love it. Now the food is always cold and old late-night. The landscaping was decimated for whatever reason I do not know. They chopped down all the trees and shrubs and planted NOTHING. Looks terrible....the City of Hermitage should make them spruce it up like they did when the place was built. All that money they're making and for what?
