The gentleman taking order was told food allergies,no onions,no ketchup,no pickles, I got an old cold burger with everything on it,thank God nurse opened it first,how sad I had a craving an can't eat everything. It did not look etable.the cashier did not go over it if it's food allergies then it was never put on there. Be proud of your job an serve decent food it's an honorable job,but food was very bad

I went here to try the Cinnabon pull apart treat, which was pretty good. I also had a frosty and fries, which were good, too. Nothing super special; the food is the same quality as other Wendy's, but the staff make this location better. They were patient and kind, even during a very busy lunch rush. I would choose this location over others for the staff alone.

The food is what you would expect for Wendy. But 1of the worker's bring there children to work with them & they where so loud & disruptive had trouble enjoying my meal. If Wendy can't pay there employees enough for them to pay a sitter then maybe find another job ,because people don't want to hear children yelling while they are trying to eat

As I stopped in to grab a quick dinner for my woman and I before we went to run more Errands. The young white male grabbed my card and ran it into the register and proceeded to ask if I needed a receipt. So, I drive up to grab my food i receive my food and start to drive away. Lady screams "you didn't pay for your food" so I pull over to check bank statements. I see hermitage Wendy's take three dollars out of my account. I had a little over a thousand on this card. So, it wasn't taking the remaining balance. Just quick suspicious why they randomly took money from me then scream I didn't pay. Manager insisted on remaking but I had shit to do. But now leaves me suspicious who else this happens to or if they always randomly take some money from others check your statements after going

We arrived with one person in front of us. The girl who took our order was extremely miserable, it was sad really. I tried being friendly but it was no use. Then she couldn’t get my reward to work, computers fault not hers. Manager took care of it, but I didn’t get my reward points cause of it. The other girl and man filling the orders were also so so so miserable. It was awful. My order was correct however my food was only room temperature, another disappointment. I also have to add the fact that there’s no beverage station for self serve. So you must wait in line every time anyone needs a refill, another bummer! Dining area was clean and the girl kept up on the table cleaning, bonus there! Overall much room for improvement. And please bring back the self serve beverage machine.

Hermitage, PA Wendy's Drive thru was long, slow, and fries were cold. Sandwiches were warm but not as warm as they should be. Don't eat out, but maybe once every 6 months, and now I remember why. You sure don't get what you pay for anymore!

The burger was soggy and was drenched in ketchup. The onion was as big as my pinky finger. They gave me the wrong sandwich, I asked for a BLT and got a chicken sandwich. They forgot my frosty and when I went and asked them for it they said I had to pay for it again even though I had the receipt showing I already paid for one and I had the bags with everything still in it. Worst Wendy's around.
