I went here to try the Cinnabon pull apart treat, which was pretty good. I also had a frosty and fries, which were good, too. Nothing super special; the food is the same quality as other Wendy's, but the staff make this location better. They were patient and kind, even during a very busy lunch rush. I would choose this location over others for the staff alone.
The food is what you would expect for Wendy. But 1of the worker's bring there children to work with them & they where so loud & disruptive had trouble enjoying my meal. If Wendy can't pay there employees enough for them to pay a sitter then maybe find another job ,because people don't want to hear children yelling while they are trying to eat
We arrived with one person in front of us. The girl who took our order was extremely miserable, it was sad really. I tried being friendly but it was no use. Then she couldn’t get my reward to work, computers fault not hers. Manager took care of it, but I didn’t get my reward points cause of it. The other girl and man filling the orders were also so so so miserable. It was awful. My order was correct however my food was only room temperature, another disappointment. I also...
