“The Englewood is a great place to catch a concert, tonight was Dustin Douglas and the Electric Gentleman opening for the Badlees. There isn't a bad seat in the house, and the prices are reasonable. The venue is clean and well staffed, and the sound system is fantastic. The bar serves their own beers as well as craft cocktails that are affordable (if a little on the high end). The restaurant downstairs is fantastic with lots of choices from a quick bite to full blown meals. We make sure to get there at least once a year.“

“We took our family out to celebrate our 9 year olds birthday and it was amazing! Our server, Carol Ann, was fantastic. We told her we wanted to take our time and she took care of all of our needs without us feeling rushed. Other staff members also pitch in to make sure guests are taken care of. The food was incredible. It is so good it makes you want to cry. The beet salad is fantastic and makes every tastebud in your mouth sing. These were the best wings we’ve ever had and the Korean Bbq sauce was a winner. The pizza’s are to die for. We had the Bruschetta pizza and the Calypso mushroom pizza and couldn’t decide which was better. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. This is the second time we’ve gone here and we will absolutely be going here again!!“

“Great atmosphere, chicken fingers were juicy, crunchy and huge! They have a good menu, something for everyone. Beer is a must try...even if your not really "a beer person" like me. They have some sweeter beers with candy names such as Nerds, sugar plum, gummy...something and more. Our server was phenomenal! Will definitely be back!“

“Nice spacious microbrewery wit good variety of drink and food selections including cocktails, spirits etc. Outside seating during warmer weather. Comfortable variety of seating selections with tables, high tops, couch and cushioned chair area and very long bar. Parking available along street or in large parking lot behind building. Main entrance on parking lot side but entrances also on street side.“

“I absolutely am amazed at how friendly the staff and chef are! The food is incredible, whether you get a handheld or if you go for anything else! I love the calamari…. Which I was afraid to try being as though I’ve had a bad review in a different restaurant. The calamari here was perfecttt! The catfish sandwich was amazing. As well as the cheesy bacon fries! The drinks are another thing I can check off as great. I can’t say I’ve tried one thing I’ve disliked at this restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to go into the building and the staff will move the chair for you so you have space for the wheelchair. 10/10“

“We were delighted to find this hidden gem in Linglestown: we popped in and had a lovely dinner! We ordered two of their "healthy bowls" and were delighted by the fresh ingredients and yummy flavors (see photos!). Portions were also generous. Forgot to take a photo of their menu but in addition to 3 healthy bowl options, they also sandwich options like pulled pork, etc. Our server was really friendly, and the space was large and AC cool (important on this hot muggy day!). Will def come back again.Note: We had come looking for Black Rock Brewery; this place is no longer associated with Black Rock, instead they are serving Springate (?) wines and beers.
