My wife made a reservation for us to attend their truffle making class tonight for Valentine's Day. I must say it was really nice. It lasted about 45 minutes, and before the class started, there was a liquid chocolate tasting of cocoa from around the world. Don't listen to the bad reviews. This is an awesome experience and includes a bit of education on the history as well as how chocolate is made. We made an Easter birds nest. I think the bad reviews assumed you can take young children to this activity. It's really not for young children. There were plenty of 6-12 years olds in our class that had a great time and were able to participate fully but it requires sitting for 45 minutes, listening to instruction and using...
Not worth the money ...also the ladies have this vibe that they don't really truly like their job as soon as my kids sat down at the table the lady shhhh them and the class hadn't even started and on top of that they make you wait at the door forever and ignore your there. It's Not that much of a Fun experience and they should offer more toppings for the making of the candy bar. Lame.
