Dukes' printed take-out menus which are distributed to all three locations (Palmyra, Carlisle and Wormleysburg) only display the phone number for the Wormleysburg location. We called in an order thinking that it was for the Palmyra location. The folks who answer the phone do not indicate in any way which location was answering. They took our order and demanded that we pay over the phone. When we realized that we ordered food from the wrong location, we called the number again and requested a refund. They adamantly refused. We lost out on almost $100 worth of food, as the restaurant location was 40 minutes away, and our food would have been cold by the time we arrived. We will never patronize this restaurant again.

8 of us. Ordered 3 steaks, way way way over cooked, I ordered fajitas they were really good. The plate came without a pot holder on it. Touched my arm and burnt the skin off. The fish was over cooked and way too salty. Crab cake was good. Cheesesteak tasted like nothing....... horrible. Our waiter was nice, he was overwhelmed. Nice young man. Need to find new cooks and watch please or someone else will be very upset if they are burnt.

I couldn't take the hype anymore and finally made my way to the eating house. I have no idea how I just spent $100. my mushroom tacos were served cold. I ordered a bucket of fries (those were rather tasty, but then again how can you not make fries tasty). I had three mimosas which were also delicious but came out to $40. again, I'm not sure how that is possible but there it is. coupled with a burger and soup and bam! you have an $100 bill.

Came to this place like a few months ago and decided to leave because the waiting list was too long and my boyfriend and I were extremely hungry. We decided to come back this Sunday and luckily we were able to be seated right away. One of the things that I loved the must was the fast service!!! We ordered and in less than 10-15 mins our food has been brought out. The server kept approaching us to make sure everything was okay. You'd think that a place that gets this packed the food would take a little bit longer to come out and the service will not be as good because of the high volume. But not this place!! The food was amazing, my boyfriend ordered the Carbonara Eggs Benedict and I ordered the Braised Pork Calentado. Can't help but think about the taste in my mouth!! This place really just because one of my favorite brunch spots!

It was me and my mom’s first time here and we loved it! It was so cozy inside with a great atmosphere. Our waitress was a delight! We both got the ultimate burger with chips and let me say it was a close second with my mom’s homemade burgers! It was sooooooo delicious

I have visited this particular Duke's several times and never once had an issue. This evening was a different story. I ordered the Super Nachos with chicken and some of my chicken was raw. my friend ordered Chipotle wings and they were SO spicy she couldn't even finish 1. they were also burnt and just looked horrendous. our waitress must have been new, because she didn't even know the menu. she also didn't check on us, and when she did she seemed very out of it. there was no

Service was great and friendly. Until today, I had only eaten leftovers brought back from family. I was disappointed eating in the restaurant today. The crab dip tasted like straight up hot mayo and onion. The rest of the food was good. Just not good enough to justify the cost. There's really nothing special about any of it. Also, the applesauce had a strong alcohol taste. Pretty sure applesauce shouldnt burn your mouth.
