Pho Miss Saigon is a quaint and cute spot with pretty good Pho. It's a great place for Pho in the Hershey or Palmyra area, with homegrown herbs and sprouts. The Pho bo vein is satisfying, and the service is quick. While not the best, the prices are fair. The unique round building adds to the experience, and the food and service are consistently excellent. A must-try for Pho lovers in the area.
