I was a little disappointed today. The drive through had a long line so I went inside to order a coffee and 2 donuts. I’m not technologically savvy so I got in line at the register. I was third in line. The man ordered and was served. The woman in front of me ordered and was in the process of being served. Just as I was next the server pointed to the kiosk and told me to use it to place my order. I have no idea why, perhaps there was a perfectly good reason, but that was not...
Was rushing around with my 4 children trying to get breakfast before a full day at Hershey Park. The worker here named Megan was very kind to my crazy kids and also fixed our online order that we had messed up beforehand. Donuts and coffee were also tasty and fresh. :-)
Bathrooms are questionable. When staff use them they don't lock the doors but then freak out if they get walked in on. Lock your door then I guess? Food is alright, corporate has made it worse over the years. The coffee and drinks are usually good. Service is usually good but we have heard staff arguing and such.
It's also common that they have basically nothing in terms of donuts. Which is ridiculous. You're a donut shop, do better.
