The service was efficient but the burger was cold but they gave me a new one. Even though the new one the burger meat was very dry unseasoned and the bacon wasn't even crispy. I saw them throw away like five burgers that were underneath the food warmer because they won't warm AFTER I SAID SOMETHING. I think it's just annoys me that they didn't even check to see if the burger was hot before giving it too me. Hershey Park do bet that was such an easy mess up.

Inmates running the asylum. Kids running the register without leadership food sitting, waiting to be put on a tray that sat cold. No one seemed to care. Sad because I can tell the burgers would be good, if they were warm.

Burgers are fantastic and huge. Comes with a large pile of some of the best kettle chips out there. Together they make for an enormous meal. If you have the season pass meal plan you can use it here.

Big difference between last year and this year. (2021 to 2022). They've removed many burger options and no longer have french fries. And the burgers are not great any more. It's too bad because we had really loved to visit last year. No more meal plan for us. Interesting that this place only has 3 reviews. Anxious to see if mine stays here.
Update 8\24- Service has gotten much better.The best tasting burgers in Hershey. So thick and juicy. Hands down where I eat Everytime at the park. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The kids working there just need some direction and it will be much better. Annoying to get your burger then wait 4 minutes for fries because they didn't drop them. I can deal with all that though because it is so good. It's not cheap. Burger and fries over $20

Definitely a family favorite whenever we go to Hersheypark, the burgers here certainly taste like they’re from a gourmet burger place, with offerings such as pizza burgers, Buffalo chicken, and more! Certainly one of the best restaurants in Hersheypark and we’ll definitely be back!
