The zoo has changed. The old zoo from my childhood years is gone. The new zoo is still recovering from the flood last year. It's good though. There are bears, wolves, elk, snakes, birds and more. It's good to visit when one just needs to wind down. go.visit.enjoy.hersheypark.Zoo

Good food.

Best place to eat in the park. Super clean. Good selection. Run by the same company as the gyro stand. These two restaurants put the others to shame in the park. No sticky floors no mess. All quality food at the same or better prices. Eat here.

Meh. Super expensive. Did was ok. Honestly, what do you expect from an amusement park grill.Traffic flows reasonably well inside it. They have several different areas than you can order from. No combo meals or anything, you pay for everything individually. They do, however, have a water station that's easy to get to and free.Air conditioned and clean. Not a bad Oasis, just be prepared to sacrifice your first born to pay for it.

I had an awesome burrito. They even have a meat substitute for vegetarian/vegans. My only issue was the person making the food wasn't allowed to put guac in the food, they hand you a packet. Which is no big deal.

It was the worst. It was 10 dollars for a salad that didn't even taste that great. It was the absolute WORST.

First the park map that your given at entrance says you can purchase any food plan at participating restaurants. We went to do so at Gourmet Grille, and the young man behind the counter (very nice) didn't know how to do it, so asked the lady beside him,(come to find out the owner) who was so rude, and snapped, we don't do that here, go to guest services. So off to guest services where we waited about an hour in line, only to be told that the lady gave us the wrong information, and we could have purchased our plan there, and use it (according to guest services). We purchase the plan, go back to get in line, and go to the area where it is self serve (food is put in window & you just take). My issue with this is that people were taking the food (chicken fingers and FF) and then changing their mind and putting it back, that to me is not only disgusting, but a health hazard as well. We took our food, went to the area to pay, I show my voucher, and again, the young man is not sure what to do, so he shows it to the older lady(rude one) and she snaps, and starts yelling I told you we don't take those, I ask why the blue plate is beside most of the menu items, & she says that is for a single serve meal plan, not all day, so I say, well unfortunately there really is no way of knowing as there is no brochure & guest services advised us that we could use it here. Again, she starts yelling put the food down and go, then she yells for someone to comeover and go to guest services and set them straight. I put the food down and leave, and as I am outside the lady she has sent over approaches me to ask what customer service window gave me my information. I tell her and ask who the rude lady was and she says the owner, she can do what she wants! I was floored, apparently Hershey does not care who is representing their name, as there is no way of knowing if the food companies are part of Hershey or not (unless it's the obvious, like DD or Chick-fil-a). I would recommend eating at Chick-fil-a, Moe's or Chickie and Pete's, anywhere other than Gourmet Grill.

They had a large selection of fast food items to choose from. We stopped in to have lunch before returning to the rides. The chicken tenders were very tasty and the fries were nice and hot.

We enjoyed the food and air conditioner! Meatball sub was delicious. Chicken Parmigian Sandwich was good too!
