Absolutely delicious, found my new favorite mushroom ravioli. Used her gnocchi in corn soup instead of rivals, not sure I'll make rivels again. Highly recommend. If you haven't tried any of her pastas you should 😀 *Update my latest batch of corn soup wanted to share how delicious it looks, but tastes even better
Pasta is fantastic and the owners is great to work with. Feels great to support local and tastes even better!
The best handmade pasta! I tried a few ravioli and gnocchi flavors over the summer and loved it! My favorite was the fig and goat cheese ravioli. I also had my family try the ricotta gnocchi- my mom doesn't usually like gnocchi but agreed to try this one and now she loves it! She says she will exclusively eat gnocchi from here! I put in a few orders as Christmas presents but will probably order more for myself after the holidays. Such a treat!
