For October 26th we had placed an order for our wedding. The lodge incorrectly gave us an order of chicken. As soon as we realized this we contacted them immediately . They said they would offer us a refund of the chicken. Weeks later they say they are only going to give us 70% of the chicken because we ate it . They did not want the chicken back , I hope they don’t take back food that has already left the lodge . It seems like they do take back food and must resell it to customers. It has been over a month and still not received a refund of any kind . I am going to contact news organizations and make this publicly known .

We really enjoyed this place. We were out of towners passing thru and stumbled upon it. Nice casual enviroment. Good food. Very reasonable prices. Great musician. You need to be a member to buy alcohol which did not matter to us. I am not Italian but I would definitely become a member if I lived local.

Food was very good, and they give huge portions, so you end up with a bunch to take home and enjoy the next day. Caprese was so good, I want to go back for more. Service was excellent!! The facility and furnishings, not as great. The back of our booth was so loose that when the lady sitting in the next booth would lean back, it would push us forward, and vice versa. Parking lot is big, but right. Wouldn't recommend if you're in an RV or towing a trailer.

Highly recommended!!!! We came twice. The first time we took pasta home, it's true that we waited about 20 minutes but it was worth it, a large portion, Otav Alfredo - excellent. The next day we came to eat because we fell in love with the staff and the atmosphere. Friendly people, lots of TV screens with sports games, you can't drink alcohol if you're not a club member. There are always people there in the evening, plenty of parking, in the Hershey Center. Varied and very tasty food, large and satisfying portions. We ate a family of 5: a steak, a large pizza, two pastas, salads, a light drink in large glasses that we shared and a jug of water that they always make sure to fill. Some of the dishes like the pastas or the steak come with a side dish, so we also had a very tasty soup and a salad in a vinaigrette sauce. In conclusion, I highly recommend the place!!
This was a great find! After a full day at Hershey, we were tired and hungry. The food was so good, even my kids didn't complain, which is unusual. Friendly staff, Hannah was so nice. If I lived in the area, I'd join this club.

Just joined as a member and felt right at hone the minute I walked in...great friendly service...nice menu...and a full selection of drinks...great bartending staff...nice bar and plenty of table seating inside and outside...great prices and delicious food...and you don't have to be Italian...

If you are not a member you dont get alcohol. Also as an added bonus if you are not a member the wait staff also will not have an actual conversation with you and you will get your salad before your drinks. Then they will just set your drinks down and not say anything to you but then will have full on conversations with the tables around you because they are regular members. The chicken parmigiana was masive in size but the entire outer edge was burnt and hard. Lasagna was good.

We went to this place because we could walk from our hotel. To get in you have to go up a set of stairs and I didn't see an elevator. The food was okay. I wish my chicken piccata was more flavorful. It needed more lemon, salt, and something else. Our waitress was super nice and very attentive. But idk if this place is more a bar in the evening hours, but the music was not family friendly. I like "to the windows, to the walls". But not when I'm eating with my young kids and grandmother and it was the explicit version. I asked if the song could be changed and was told "sorry but no because it was technically in the"bar area"... Which is close proximity to the dining area, like no separation.

Very disappointed! Very misleading - it is a “club” prioritizes members first. serving members alcohol only. Long wait to be notified for seating and for waiters attention to order just to receive bad food- overcooked calamari, extra crispy hard veal parm, messsy antipasto salad. Deserves a 0 rating.
