Penn Hotel Sports & Raw Bar is a hidden gem with amazing wings, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere. The oysters, clams, and mussels were delicious, and the full bar offers a nice draft beer selection. Despite a good tower entry, the seedy outside and dirty entrance door were disappointing, but the overall experience was enjoyable and worth a return visit.
