Went with a party of 8 for a special occasion. We were seated on time as we had a reservation. The server was not very good, slow and she ROLLED HER EYES when our table ordered 8 waters (I guess the fact we don't drink was problematic to Wendy). After bringing our water, about 10 minutes after taking the drink order, she left and never asked for starters/apps. We were prepared to order 3 to share at the table, but as she dropped the waters without asking, we didn't feel compelled. While it was a Saturday evening - we noticed her other tables received better attention. She took our order. The food came in about 20 minutes, which I felt was good given the pace of the restaurant. The food came - salads, meatloaf, a vegan dish, fish and chips, etc. was all very tasty, truly. What I found weird was Wendy started clearing plates as 4 of the party were still eating. That is unusual, at least in MD. Nevertheless, we all finished about 10 minutes later, the table was cleared and we paid the bill. If in the area, I'd return for the food - NOT for her service. We all enjoyed the meal and the company.
Don't go here Ordered fried calamari it was the smallest amount of food and on top of that it looked disgusting. Quesadilla was all right. Buffalo blue salad, decent cheeses. You don't expect to get a slab of cheese, but rather expect crumbles.
Birthday dinner was ok. Food was as I remembered, good but smaller portions for higher prices. It was a Tuesday night @ 630pm and I didn't think it would be as crowded as it was. So, it was noisy and hard to have a conversation at a table in the main dinning room.
This was the second time we have been there. First time we had Lisa as a server and was great, very personable and attentive. This time we had Aaron. The only way I know this, it was on the check. He never introduced himself, made us wait for quite a while, the bartender had to tell him to get over to us. He did check on us once, to see if our food was ok. Overall he should be a bar back, not a waiter.
The food and atmosphere was awesome! Our waiter did a great job too considering he was the only one that seemed to work while the manager and another waiter were too busy flirting with a woman at the bar. My fiancé and I love coming here but this was the first time it took forever for us to get service. Like I said our waiter was phenomenal but he literally had to do the work of 4 different people.
I don’t care what everyone says, Houlihans has good food.
Chris was great!
Our waiter was unprofessional and forgot to bring items ordered. Looked like he just got out of bed. His attitude was as if he didn't care one but. Must be a water shortage had to ask several times for water. Threw, literally, the coasters on the table. Our table was broken on the edges in two places so your dish was sliding off the table. Ridiculous salt and pepper twister types that barely gave out any spices. The food was good.
The food is good and service is even better! I had an issue with our dinner reservations on Father’s Day and Lauren the supervisor fixed it and we are very grateful! Thank you so much Lauren for your help.
Good food. Good service. Easy to get to.
I got the grilled chicken salad. Good sized portion. The polenta is a nice addition.

Good food, I enjoyed their chicken egg rolls, the ribs are steamed and not smoked from what I see, but still good!

My wife and I just left there. My wife had a birthday coupon and she ordered the crabcakes for $27.00 She asked for a house salad and to substitue a side with another salad. When we got our bill she was charged $7.00 for the salads. Why, besides one salad she had no other side. Also, as a veteran I asked about the military discount and was told I couldn't use it because of my wife's b-day coupon. What? One has nothing to do with the other. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and couldn't question our waitress about this. We typically stop here several times a month, but that won't be happening anymore.

I went to Hula Hands Sunday night and I was extremely disappointed that they had taken the hot honey fired chicken sandwich off the menu. This is an amazing sandwich and was the whole reason I went. I had been craving it for the past several weeks after having it for the first time. I was actually telling family and friends that they needed to go because it was so good! Please bring it back! I guarantee it one of you most popular items.
